tell them that if they had AT&T you could download their navigation service on their phone and find it right away. That's what I always tell my non-customers looking for anything. I'm not freaking mapquest, but I can download something to your phone that will be and make money off your stupid self, or you can just leave while you are still retarded.

Nothing here, Washington. But one of the people that work at the store down the street got the famed "Call from ups" that everyone is getting. That just adds to my worry.

just tell them that in order to do that you need to have a credit card tied to the account now to do that, and then charge their card and say "oops". That works too. and then lick their water damage sticker so they can't return the phone. I actually emailed them and they confirmed that they did get my validation paperwork and they will be sending the cards out as soon as they are done validating the sales... I originally emailed them a few days after I faxed out my paperwork and they said they were hoping to send out the cards in a few weeks. So my guess with all their delays we should be seeing the cards a few days before they expire... which ...

So, just had a lady come in with her motorola v325 saying she was having problems with it. Every time she plugged it in it was telling her it was unable to charge. I plugged it in and found the same so I took the back off the phone... There was an LG 3300 battery in the phone... I love mondays. I just had a kid who brought his chocolate in because his keypad "fell off"... not his fault of course, it just came off when he slid the phone open.... right. Verizon gonna warrant this thing? I said no, I'm at an agent location so it doesn't matter either way, but I'm just curious. The kid's like 15 at best.

That's too complicated. Here's my solution: Roto Dial so you don't have to adjust. A casette tape in the back that records everything so there is no "voicemail" to check, it's all stored there. I had this couple walk in, ignore everything I asked them, ask questions of their own that I could simply answer if they were responsive to me, and then just doddle around for 30 minutes doing nothing! Question is, have any of you found a working solution to this problem that actually does attract customers to the store, or how do you raise the sales in your store? I've actually turned someone out of my store who is now planning on changing service providers because I told them that Verizon is working against them. Everyone that comes in pissed that we can't do anything, I just agree with them, agree with how lousy the program is, and tell them to call customer care and complain to them because they are working against us to. It's awesome.

yeah that's what's happening at our store too. I just don't understand why we can give only partial of the credit the customer is owed. The way I see it, Verizon only wants me to give them half of their credit, that's all I'm giving them and I'll tell the customer that Verizon lied to them. I don't give a rip about what Verizon wants me to do if they're not going to let me do ...

that's what we were told too. We were supposed to be clones of Verizon corp. Maybe everything is still in the works, but I haven't seen anything real big, except for partial ability to do NE2. Seriously though, why wouldn't Verizon want all of the stores to be able to do everything? It's only hurting the customers and Agent stores, but mainly the customers that come into the stores only to hear no no no, ...

we are now. But we still can't do full NE2. If we do give them full credit, it comes out of my pocket... way cool. FRU phones... nope. I had high hopes of all this, but now, it's the same crap, but they expect more from us. Weak.
