In my VZW call center we just got the results of a bid for working Christmas and I was drafted (started working here bout 8months ago). Does anyone know what would happen if I call in sick that day? I've never ever worked Christmas Day in my lifetime and I don't have any friends or family who have either. Of course HR doesn't bother telling you these things when you are interviewing (I probably would have stayed where I was had I known I'd be working and Thanksgiving and Christmas days) Any who let me know if you have heard anything about sick people on Christmas Day. ☹️

The caller then asks the rep if he/she has ever been on a greyhound bus?
The rep replies yes/no.
The caller then will ask what if the bus had made a stop and left without someone and you saw that person running after the bus. What would you do? How long would you let that person run after the bus before you told the driver.

I'm in the process of changing my mvno. I now have 5 lines with Cricket (At&t) and use a OP3. I have recently moved and now need Verizon's network. I am planning on moving 4 lines to Total Wireless (TW) and dropping the last. So I'm preparing for the conversion, and will be needing new phones. I like the ZTE Axon 7 but what I really want is the "Moto Z Driod Play" ( https://www.motorola.com/us/products/moto-z-p lay-droid ) on TW. So I've been reading for what seems like days and need some help or clarification. I chatted with a rep on moto's site and asked him that very question. Does Verizon have the capability to increase cell site 4g data capacity? I work in a remote area and there is a large number of users that are in the area temporarily. Web service has slowed to a crawl, and I herd Verizon can increase capacity from the NOC.
There are usually about 500 people working off the site and the increase has been double that. Also the next closest sell site is 10 miles away.
Just a quick question... my dad just got a new LG phone and I took his LG L70. My problem is I hit the reset button instead of just taking his email accounts off. Now without a phone # for the phone it will not let me do anything except the Set Up Wizard which does not help because it will not let me get off the Set Up page. Please help. I use an app for texting and calling and could really use some help!

I have been a Verizon wireless customer for over 10 years and a Costco customer over 12 years. Last year I bought 2 cell phones from the "2 man" operation inside Costco wherehouses, because they told me if anything should happen they would replace my cell phones "no questions asked". I bought them there because the last 2 cell phones I had gotten from Verizon weren't very dependable Mad ....Now, A year later I am having problems with my cell phones draining batteries, I took it to Costco and they said it was the phones....I said ok, I want to switch them for another phone, or the same if you have them.....they said ok, but you need to bring everything back with them. Needing to change to a new wireless courier I visited a local Verizon store. Employee offered me a promotion promising lower monthly bills, credit for trade in on three phones, and that my last bill with other courier would be paid. This was December 30,2015 when this all started and I'm still working on getting the credit for the phones that were sent in and to get my last bill from other courier paid off. Other courier has threatened to send bill to collections and Verizon is still dragging their feet on getting it paid. I have never been so displeased with a company as I am with Verizon. Verizon cell phone connection sucks. There was close to one month I did not get connection for web browsing on my phone. Once a while I can not make phone call or text messages are delayed when sending sometimes when receiving as well . Today my Verizon cellphone connection is not working again. I can not make call although my phone setting is correct and phone payment is in. When calling Verizon customer center at 611 I got a stupid Spanish automatic voice and I don't even speak Spanish. I couldn't get to a customer service representative, after long hold I only got an automatic answer : " There are number of our customers in your area experiencing not able to make or receive calls and messages. I have had Verizon w/ Unlimited Data for years, they have refused the upgrades they offered to other users and now they are telling me I have to pay $20.00 more per line (2 lines) to keep my existing contract with unlimited data. This apparently takes effect 1-1-2016.

I currently teather to my wife's t-mobile phone to achieve internet access when not near a wifi hotspot. When in the car between cities, I am rarely able to get a strong enough signal to surf the web while traveling. If I get an iPad with Verizon cellular, will I be able to access the Internet when traveling between cities in the car?
My mother and I have been valued verizon customers for around 10 years. Because of a pinched nerve and slipped disc, my lovely mother went into the verizon store on my behalf, after my verizon flip phone from the reagan administration finally died.
While she is from the baby boomer generation and not tech savvy, her only demand was for a phone that was not a smartphone. (I am philosophically opposed to them, but that is a personal preference) I should have never let my poor mother go alone, and especially not on my behalf!
