If a customer called trying to get out the ETF, all Sprint would have to do is credit the differnce in fee's for the remaining length of the contract.

NOTE: Programming NAM 1 or 2 does not automatically set the phone to use NAM 1 or 2. Check NAM SELECT under Features to make sure what NAM the phone is using. Customer Service should be programming NAM 1 unless instructed otherwise.
Step 01:

Its not for smartphones, but great for the Dare or Versa.

You are correct. You used 700 mins from your 900. 190 txts from your 500.

i've been unofficially hearing the same thing. I literally just got my shipment and they are all version .65, no ota updates out atm.
Hopefully something tomorrow, but no internal communications on anything other than updating from .61 to .65 right now

I've been playing with one for almost 24 hours now. biggest issue for me is the os lag.
It lags as you go from portrait to landscape. and sometimes will not go back to portrait without hitting the end key.
It also takes a few secounds to open applications.
Nothing here is a dealbreaker, hopefully will be fixed with the newest software upgrade. I was using version .65

you will still get the rebate im 100% sure. You can be on a Nationwide plan (your 69.99 family share) and add the $29.99 data plan for email & Web.
you cannot however activate a Storm on an old America's choice plan. This is what the fine print id referring to.
You will have no prob getting the Storm for $199.99 after rebate.

check out vzw if your not satisified. thay start reps between 12 and 14 depending on experience.
you target(basically minimum)commission is 1500 monthly in my area(baltimore)
I Made just over 70k last year(some reps in my store broke 80k)

Are you clear on the test drive? Verizon isnt giving a month free to everyone. this is a way to ensure customers out of contract with other carriers that we have the best service. We dont plan of our customers porting out (which they have to do ti get the credit for voice service). it is merely piece of mind for customers out of conract with other carriers. I have a question for reps working in indirect stores. Do you have the ability to remark a customer's account? Either in Netace or I2k/Vision? A store with alot od business will pay each contract alot less than a store with a low quota. Go to a VZW store and purchase your prepaid phone. You have 15 days to try the service. And our policy changed about 6 months ago...if your not happy we will refund the phone (which you dont pay retail for in the first place) the act fee and the prepaid time.

Well i dont know about that... I work at a corporate vzw kiosk in the NE area, and a 6000 min primary alone pays me 133.50. plus other 4 lines, accs, and so on. if this was a paid deal (probably wasbt if no one budged) i would have given him a reasonable discount.

Wrong! you do lose your ne2 after 6 months, contract extensions do not effect Ne2 eligibility as long as they werent wrong recieving a phone at subsibidized cost. most stores will honor ne2 past 6 months, put read the m&p.
