Question for Indirect stores

I have a question for reps working in indirect stores. Do you have the ability to remark a customer's account? Either in Netace or I2k/Vision? Reason im asking is because I have a customer that upgraded their phone last month, but said they returned it to the indirect store, I can see the old esn was re-assigned to the mtn, but cannot verify the phone was actually returned, if it was the customer deserves a contract back-date and their ne2 credit. Im hoping that I can just get somneone from that store to remark it was returned. Thanks in advance, any input is appreciated.

no. we are not trusted to properly notate accounts! LOL. Can you call the store to verify?

No, we can't. All we have is EROES. It does not allow for any remarking on the account. It also sucks that when a customer does that we can't remark it or change the dates back.

put a plug in for us, so we can; then we can see the other notations, and know how stupid/smart the person's been throughout their history with VZW. Information about a stranger before you step on the land mine they are waving in front of you is a wonderful thing.
