Problems receiving txts
Hi
I am wondering if anyone else is having problems receiving txt's. Sometime I get them instantly but normally there's a delay of 20 mins to 10 hours! I have called several times they reset my phone or I call the 228 to update. Then it may work for a day or 2 but then I stop getting them again. I'm thinking of going to a different service since I love to txt and this is causing A Lot of problems 😢

Actually yesterday it was from everyone. I had 3 people txt me, an At&t, Metro PCS and sprint users. The sprint delay was the longest at 10 hours the least was 3 hours.

stop into a corp store for tech support. i know of delays from att users. but you shouldnt be having it like you claim

I know it's frustrating. Yesterday I thought the sprint user was just saying he had txtd so I had my coworker txt at 1pm. Never got it, she txtd again, that came thru, but not the first. I called the 228 at 5pm by 515 I received the sprint users txts from 8am, another cowoker who had txtd at 11am to find out if we were having a meeting and the original txt I had asked my other coworker to send.
The worst part is it's random so I never know if it's working or not until I get a call asking why I haven't replied.

Contact tech support from your landline phone if you have one. 1-800-922-0204 opt 3 for tech support. Advise them of the issues that you having, they probably will refresh your phone in the system and send you a test txt message.
