Whats the commission like for corp. store sales people
My question is whats the commission like for you corp. store people?? How do your quotas work, what are they and whats the pay outs for new activations / upgrades and features? My comp with my company just changed and was curious how it compared to other companies.

Well i no longer work for TM, moved to VZW about 2 years ago. But the payouts for any carrier are gonna vary from store to store. A store with alot od business will pay each contract alot less than a store with a low quota. This is to ensure that sales reps from all stores have an equal opportunity to make the same amount of money....I make about twice as much with VZW than with TM. VZW has highest paid sales reps on average, about 50% more than cingular, which is second highest paid. Hope this helps
