I have been attempting to check my mobile number call usage for the past 3 weeks and it is not updating. T-mobile customer service reps are stating conflicting information. One said that T-mobile have removed access to the customer to see call/data usage in current bill cycle. Then one customer service rep is saying there have been a problem for the past two weeks where no one can view usage in current bill cycle. Have anyone been having this issue in the past three weeks?

Beginning of May I began to have intermittent use of voice service. I called and was told there were technical issues in my area. After a few return calls from me (because no one called me back) someone advised they would send a cell booster. After the booster did not show up I called back, after speaking with a number of reps I was told engineering advised there were issue in the area and they cancelled the ticket for the booster as the booster would not help due to the underlying network issues in the area.

After additional calls by me I was advised that an out of coverage case would be submitted as I still had intermittent voice service. After receiving no response in the time frame I was quoted, I called back. The person I spoke with ...

I cannot believe before I left metro by Tmobile device had administrator on it downloading applications. 368 downloads in 4 months. Remote estimates added. What do you do.
Call customer service and let them know that my device and carrier acct. Under control of developer.

I just got an unlocked A71 5G but , in spite of saying it has band N41 and "apparently" T-Mobile uses that band for 5G, my phone does not connect to 5G. Anyone has any idea? NO, this is not a T-moble phone is new factory unlocked. model A716B/DS

I have a question for tmobile employees. Worked at AT&T for years, and was promoted to management. I left them a few months and was looking to work for tmobile which works much better in the area I live now laong with all my family and friends having it. I figured that with as much experience I would get at least an interview but have not gotten a call to interview and not selected, but I don't know regardless of how many different reqs Ive applied for. Can anyone give me and idea why? Is it to much experience since I'm just applying for full time rep and not management?

Hello, I was wondering if the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for T-Mobile USA has LTE band 12 700 Mhz A-Block like the Sony Xperia Z3. It says it has LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 17 on the T-Mobile US Website. Did they miss to put LTE band 12? Or there's no LTE band 12 that's why it's not written there? Can any one confirm this. They are saying how its an invasion of privacy,etc.... However if you go to their website, there is a free IMEI checker that will tell you if the phone is being financed which does not require signing into any account or anything. Just typing in the IMEI number.

Left Verizon, moved to Tmobile. Where I camp I have no service and my iPhone had a severe power drain. Start at full, 12 hours later with Nothing running in the background (yes, 2 quick taps Home button, slide away processes) by 7am, 20%.

Figured out why. Couldn't figure out how to share this in T-Mobile forum, so we go public.

1. Go to Settings, Carrier, Turn Off Automatic.
2. Set Carrier to Tmobile.

Someone inform the idjut that coded Automatic that constantly searching for a "known" carrier is silly. Was this feature an afterthought? Didn't you have time to think it out? Fix this ASAP.
