I'm trying to download some music from my computer to my ALCATEL ONETOUTH FIERCE 2 BUT MY COMPUTER DOESN'T RECONISE IT DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. 😕

It appears on the iPhone with Wi-Fi calling enabled you aren't able to send picture messages.
If you disable Wi-Fi calling but still are hooked up to a Wi-Fi network, or no Wi-Fi MMS go through fine.

Is this just a iPhone thing or do Android phones on TMO suffer from this as well??

so i got a call from so called "t-mobile" to do a short survey and if i did it i would credit a $20 for doing so....

once it was finished... it was weird cuz they were saying they would get someone to help... but then hung up... so i called the number back... and it led me to a different automated so-called "tmobile menu"... which normally the real one doesn't do what they did... (i know sounds confusing) it just made me mad. I'm just rambling right now.

so, short story is! if anyone gets this call.... don't do it!!!!!! it's not real. just saying.... 😳

I had ran out of space on my phone and it wouldn't allow me to take pictures,allow incoming or outgoing texts all day! I was fine with that, knowing I can free a little space by deleting old call logs and texts. It worked for a little but an hour later I noticed my whole gallery of pictures were deleted! I had aproximately 520 pictures all from the last two years of my nieces and nephews that nobody else could replace. Im heartbroken that this happened a day before I went to get a thumb drive to save to the computer or a memory card with more space....

Has anyone had this happen before, that could help with suggestions?

Is there any possible way to recover these photos?

I read that the One Plus will only work on AT&T and T-Mobile networks. Can anyone confirm this? Is there a slot for a sim card?

I got a deal I couldn't pass up on an ATT iPhone 5c but I have T-Mobile service. Att will carrier unlock the phone if I was the original owner, but obviously I'm not. What are my options for getting it to work with T-Mobile? Is it possible to have a friend with current ATT service put their Sim in the phone and request an ATT carrier unlock acting as the phone owner?

Does anyone know if TMO is getting both the 16G and 32G versions? Also, how about the various colors other than the black and white?

What does everyone think of the new phone price structure? Basically, paying full price for the phone, but over the course of 24 months. We can no longer get a discount phone because TMO has done away with contracts.

I understand we pay a down-payment, then pay every months for 24 months, but I have never ever paid full price for a phone.

I have Sprint now, and I am in an area where we have their 4g LTE. Problem is now we have LTE, but we drop calls like crazy.

Very limited network outside of major towns and metro areas like Sprint. Use a detailed coverage map to make sure you have service wherever you go.

A month ago i purchased an T mobile HTC My Touch 3G slider phone, every thing about the phone was good but few days ago my daughter was changing the unlock pattern of the phone and she forgot the pattern after few attempts the phone got locked and as usual it is asking for my google logging details but every time I am trying to log to my google accounts it is saying username or password is wrong. One thing I want to mention is that at the time of changing pattern lock, my wi-fi and 3G were in off position. Now I cannot unlock my phone. Can anybody help me I would be glad.

My parents have a plan with T-Mobile where they got trapped into an additional two year contract just because they changed the number of minutes in their plan. In the previous plan they were out of contract, month to month.

Since we were moving we changed out minutes and just because of that we got trapped in a new two year contract. Now, the signal that we have is so bad that it is impossible to use any of our phones. It seems like, no matter where we go the signal sucks and if we do somehow magically connect it is a really crappy connection and only lasts a little while.

I'm thinking of going on vacation in a couple of months, and i wanted to use a pre paid sim card. But when I talked to T-mo they said the phone needs to be paid off before they can unlock the sim. I know there is sites out there that will do it, but I really don't wanna pay 30$ for them to do it. is there anyway i can get it unlocked for free ?

I have my new Galaxy Note 3. I have full bars of coverage on TMobile's 4G network and I'm sitting here trying to watch some Netflix and it won't stream due to the network being too slow. So I download a speedtest app and I am getting .83 down and 1.46 up.

Am I missing something here? I switched from Sprint and was expecting a better experience than this.
