OK, all you hateraid drinkers, bring on the "yeah, but...yeah, but" posts.
They are alright as a company, but they have a bad problem of putting your remaining balance on one bill so it jacks the price up to 600+ and it happens on multiple months. (I've had this issue multiple times). I am sorry but it is beyond frustrating. their network has gotten a bit better but nothing like the ads say. (i do travel so I know from experience.) Customer service has gotten a lot better too.
