On Monday call Care and see if they'll credit the $38 or so because of the prorates. Since you're going to a higher rate plan, I don't think there'd be an issue. Don't know for sure because I work in a store, not Care.

I still find it amazing how many people that post in these forums think the general public cares about OBEX exchnage enough to go with a particular carrier. I would imaging the "open network" coming down the pike would eliminate that gripe, as well as the native UI complaint.
I would say the vast majority want a phone that makes and receives calls well on a consistantly good network, then everything else is gravy.

Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, all of Tidewater. The story is the same. Sprint hardly works on the Eastern Shore and many places. I have Sprint custys that have problems at Busch Gardens.
Oh well, I agree, as long as you have a job, all is good. More power to you. Theres absolutely no reason to get all pissy. I'm just asking for facts, not anecdotal evidence.

Hey, I said I dont mind you cheering for your employer, but hte facts are Sprint is NOT #1 in this market. Because youve seen more Sprint doent make it fact.
Like I say, I port mostly Sprint lines on a daily basis, as their recent numbers indicate. Not everything is bad about SPCS, but I get irritated when the incorrect FACTS are put out.

maybe that is an issue that the powers that be should look at. I had the same issue as an employee when i returned a handset. They can charge it in a New York minute, but over 30 day s to credit. That process should be improved. I agree with the OP.
