Here's a tip: ask the customer if they are a former attw customer and if there is a sim card in that phone... if so, call the 3g blue care, instead of cold transferring them to 2g blue care and ruining our stats.

My phones keep becoming obsolete!
My old phone, I was told, wasn't compatible with the new plan, so I dutifully purchased new phones. Two months later, U.S. Cellular sold their Tallahassee interests to AT&T. Suddenly my excellent $50 plan with 1200 shared minutes and unlimited nights/mobile to mobile was costing me over $100 because AT&T couldn't put me into a compatible plan allegedly because of my non-digital phones. I couldn't change to new AT&T phones and keep my old phone number (which I've had for years) until June 2004! very abusive customer
i hust had someone calls in... saying " i need gsm" i was about to give the external number and offer to tranfer the cust...
immeditately after i said " 1866" thew custoemr went on a rant saying this was not a valid number, and stating that i was refusiong to do my job... refusing to tranfer.
in which i offered to tranfer bout 10 different times
cust asked to speka to my supervisor and adv cust that my supervisor couldnt help her out if she was gsm, she she wanted me fired and everything else... got the the point where hshe had called me every name in the book... and everything else which i kinda of found funny becas...

Whats up with the "SAVE" team?
When they first came out, our team listened to their calls. 9 out 10 calls, the rep would just cancel the line without offering ANY SAVES at ALL! I even hear one guy cancel an account on that day (prorated) without the customer requesting it.
Now we don't listen to them anymore, so we don't know if they still do that. I know for a fact (by viewing account notes after they deal with the customer) that some reps still do not follow "protocol". They just seem to do whatever the hell they want, and bypass all policies it seems. I've seem them cancel an account with NO etf, even though it was a valid contract. I've seem them give away free $200 phones, and the u...
