Dear Orange Reps

If any orange care reps read this, please warm transfer customers to blue care. Sometimes when you cold transfer you send the person to the wrong care department and we have to transfer them to the correct one.

Here's a tip: ask the customer if they are a former attw customer and if there is a sim card in that phone... if so, call the 3g blue care, instead of cold transferring them to 2g blue care and ruining our stats.

Seriously, we get fed up with this.

Just when you thought you had a nice weekend, you get some shmuck on the line that starts swearing and ranting and raving about the bill he never paid. I tell you now, they still dont pay us enough for this job. We should start at least at $13, cause there are reps in CANADA that are working for telus making $14 starting, and they dont put up with hald the BS we do.Damn yanks no offense, just the ones who dont pay the bills and at least have a clue or knowledge about wireless phones.

GIVE ME A GUN PLEEEASE

Doing a manual reprogram on a Motorola V60.....20 min later HE FINALLY ACCESSES THE PROGRAMMING MENU..... I HATE motorola v60s.....they are the devil đŸ‘ŋ

If this idiot could just follow simple instructions instead of THINKING he knows whats going on and racing ahead of me then maybe this call would've been done 15 minutes ago

If one more orange rep tells me im in the wrong market area when transfering im gonna ****in freak right out... Why the hell are there a million options for care and whatever the **** tellegence is.... deffinatly not intellegence.... like for the love of all thats unholy why the **** are there s many options I though our IVR was bad but this just takes the cake. I'm starting to think i should use their cold transfer strategy and say, "well its on the orange sid that all i need to know" and BAAM!!! no longer my problem

How can I do my job when my supervisor won't do his?

What day are we at? Wednesday right? Last Friday my computer went down, something with Citrix, I haven't been able to use that computer so I'm sitting at another desk. 2 other girls on my team are having the same issue. Do you think that our supervisor has done anything about it? SURE HASN'T!!!!!! I'm shaking my head today.

My phones keep becoming obsolete!

I live in Tallahassee, Florida. In December 2003, I upgraded my U.S. Cellular plan to include a phone for my daughter.
My old phone, I was told, wasn't compatible with the new plan, so I dutifully purchased new phones. Two months later, U.S. Cellular sold their Tallahassee interests to AT&T. Suddenly my excellent $50 plan with 1200 shared minutes and unlimited nights/mobile to mobile was costing me over $100 because AT&T couldn't put me into a compatible plan allegedly because of my non-digital phones. I couldn't change to new AT&T phones and keep my old phone number (which I've had for years) until June 2004! Finally, on July 3rd 2004, I broke down and paid $300 for new phones and purportedly got into a cheaper plan for me and my da...

very abusive customer

i dont know if anyone else has encountered this, i need to relieve some tension or i might bow up at someone. hahahah

i hust had someone calls in... saying " i need gsm" i was about to give the external number and offer to tranfer the cust...
immeditately after i said " 1866" thew custoemr went on a rant saying this was not a valid number, and stating that i was refusiong to do my job... refusing to tranfer.
in which i offered to tranfer bout 10 different times
cust asked to speka to my supervisor and adv cust that my supervisor couldnt help her out if she was gsm, she she wanted me fired and everything else... got the the point where hshe had called me every name in the book... and everything else which i kinda of found funny becas...

insanely bored

time is going by excrutiatingly slow and call after call everyone is angry/irritated/grumpy. why can't anyone be civil!? It is stated that Dentists have the highest suicide rate of all professions because no one is happy to see them.... i really think less people are happy to see/talk to us though.... hmmm would someone fashion me a nusse? 😉

OK It's Official... Customers Hate ME....

I had a call earlier this afternoon. This lady who walked and i quote "with my cane and my disability sticker in the car window" got mad at me because i couldn't waive the charge a payment location would charge her for paying her bill with Cash... or call a store and let them take the cash payment.. when i told her i couldn't do either... she escalated!!!! and i just got word from my friendly neighborhood LRS.. she tier 2 the call...
a girl sitting 2 seats away from me got this lady first but the battery on her phone died and had to call back.. lucky me 😈

Confused Again!!!!!

If a phone is unlocked, does that mean all you have to do is put in your sim card and you will have automatic reception and all that, or do you have to call your providor and get it done? I ask because the phones I am looking T are not AT&T phones but i want them so would that work? 😁

Whats up with the "SAVE" team?

Who are these people and how did they get their job in the first place???

When they first came out, our team listened to their calls. 9 out 10 calls, the rep would just cancel the line without offering ANY SAVES at ALL! I even hear one guy cancel an account on that day (prorated) without the customer requesting it.

Now we don't listen to them anymore, so we don't know if they still do that. I know for a fact (by viewing account notes after they deal with the customer) that some reps still do not follow "protocol". They just seem to do whatever the hell they want, and bypass all policies it seems. I've seem them cancel an account with NO etf, even though it was a valid contract. I've seem them give away free $200 phones, and the u...
