411 IS ****NOT**** ASSOCIATED WITH CINGULAR

if you get the wrong number from them IT IS ****NOT**** CINGULARS FAULT ....

when Burger King screws up your order do you go back to McDonalds to complain??? I BET YOU SURE DON'T!!!!!

even though Cingular and 411 are both associated with telephones .... THEY ARE DIFFERENT COMPANIES!!!

Bye ATTWS thread its only a matter of time until you are gone, I will miss bashing the customers on you. Although I will still bash them on the Cingular thread, it will just not be the same.

Thanks for the fun nights I spent here bored out of my skull because of low call volumes.

SCREAM at the top of my lungs

GD I've been here for a hour and a half. Getting reday to go out my FIRST break so what happens? MY TL comes over to show me my stats. I could just fricking weep with frustration over this. I dont care where I sit at cause I'm going to help the cus myself OR Im going to trans the cus to the right dept for the help. God 90 minutes into my shift and now Im ready to kill some one....guess I didnt pick the best day to quit smoking

The TL from hell

So I have worst TL in the world.He tells me my stats like 27 times a day. And he always bitchs when Im not on PAR(which is often) I can understand him talking to me once a day AT THE START OF MY SHIFT about my stats for the day before..but to come to me after I've had TWO calls and bitch about my handle time. Come on give me a break. Ask me what the calls were about and I would have told him that the first call I took was for a blue to blue upgarde and I had to wait for supervisor permission(which we all know takes forever) so just let it go already...GD it arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggg ggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg gggggg......

I would complain but I wont have him in a couple of days

i just called a cust to get credit card info.. he said i cant read the numbers.. let me give it to my friend to read.. i hear in the background.. what are you doing man.. and the guys says oh i forgot my friends blind.. i said well ok can you try to read the numbers for me? he says well I'm old and cant see to good either plus I'm driving but hold on ill try.. i was like uh.. no thats ok.. just call cust serv when your ready.. man i don't want a car crash on my call on my conscience.

Customer calls in to suspend her service, over a MONTH after the phone was stolen. She even mentioned the $450 of usage on the last bill since it was stolen.
"I guess I should call in sooner next time this happens, huh?"

Man, don't you just love buyouts? Nothing but good times when one company ingest another and its employees. As an employee, I'm not stressed about the plans or anything like that. Its when the employee perks are affected do I become worried. As a blue employee, I enjoyed my blue employee phone. Unlimited mins, data, roaming and text messaging is wonderful. The LD was .07/min but so what. They even gave us a phone to start with. All this for free, free I tell you. Well, thats going away. I work in a divested market (NC) therefore, my MSISDN (telephone number) will belong to Triton PCS soon. My coworkers and I now have to change to an orange ERP by July 8th. WTF? 1000 mins vs unlim; 5MB data vs. unlim; 200 text vs. unlim... What in the blue he...

Attention Reps...

Hey there, I've noticed this consumer-based site seems to have become, especially in this forum a venting ground for reps. also that the majority of reps here are all about things being an issue with either their vendor site, the consumer themselves, or with policies put forth by a company which is responsible for your paychecks.
My suggestion, perhaps if you have an issue take it up with your supervisor, or hey, if you dislike your work so much do the rest of us reps who want to help the consumer a big favor and go find a job elsewhere, where your total distain for the human race will not pollute our workspace.
I work with many other great people, and I do hear from many reps here that they genuinely want to help the consumer, so this is ...
