So I've been here 36 mins and i'm already pissed off beyond all reasonable doubt.. my first call was some retard who for the life of his couldn't understand that when the Cingular page said Welcome Mr. blah blah blah... he was ALREADY in the OCS.. that took 25 mins.. 25 mins for the guy to realsize he was an idiot... then my next lovly customer freaked at me cause i cant give her a free digital phone.. she down right called me a liar when i told her i had no phones..

and i'm not even going to get into the packie guy i got to have fun with.. i only got one thing to say to them.. there are two offical languages in my country and i can speak both.... don't freak at me because i dont understand you... 👿

what does cingular's lockline replace the t637 with since they don't offer it anymore? is it the z500a cause i heard that sucks...

im a rep in TDMA BEUC. im sure many of you can relate to this. i dunno what it is, but this has just set me off royally. i've heard this a million times, but...uuurgh this person drove me crazy. the convo goes as follows

"Thank you for calling business end user care, my name is ________ ___________ how can i help you today?"

"i want to go on a nationwide plan"

*pulls up account and verifies*

"ok so i see you are on the regional 29.99 right now. to get nationwide calling you'd have to move it up to the 59.99 Digital One Rate"

"well i heard i can get it for 39.99"

"ma'am, you are referring to the Cingular Wireless nationwide plans. if you are interested we can go over your options for migrating"

turns out she cancelled 19 lines of serv and they were all in contract.

i exp the 175 x 19 = $3,325.00.

cust said that she knew this and not to treat her like shes an idiot.

Just when you thought the new rate plan changes would benefit our customers, they took the $29.99 + $49.99 plans away + upped the additional lines for shared plans from $9.99 to $14.99. Is it me or is this just making it more difficult to migrate customers.

I heard that the con expected at least 200-300 people to quit when they didn't get the shift they wanted on the repref.

I also heard that some people are waiting til june 25th to quit since they will be on the same shift as now until then.

On the other hand, it seems like many people are taking it in the ass and taking the shift the con put them on and not quiting because this stupid town doesn't have any jobs.

I am sick of programming MOTOROLA phones, and listening to the negligence of the stupidity of customers, and the lack of brain cells the customers have. It makes me fall asleep cause they have no idea that I am almost sleeping as well as raging since they are dumb as door nails when it comes to programing phones. Today is living proof that God himself does not exsist or hates humanity all together. Think about it its' fricken Sunday, suposedly Gods day. Not that i have church to go to or anything.... those places fee like burning... however I would love to be enjoying the Mary Jane that came into exsistance. Who else is pissed about Sunday working?
