what a slow day it is today ????

is it just me or the blue calls coming in slower that normal today or is it just me i stated at 8:30am and w/i 4 hrs i have only taken 9 calls i hope i'm not the only one because this is crazy, but on the other hand i don't mind becasue it wsill be crazy when i switch over to Cingular thn once i'm done training in two weeks i work one wee then i'm on vacation

More Blue crap

I guess you guys with Cingular are used to the Blue Crap like tracking every damn thing reps do; but I have been with SunCom for three years (after a year with Cingular) and had gotten used to working for a company that kept its eye on the important things...i.e. # of activations.

Now we have bought the AT&T market in the Carolinas and I am getting the same old corporate crap that was a part of Cingular. What is with it? Hey SunCom management, these are the same guys that screwed up AT&T so badly they were bought...and you let ehm have a say in your company?

Something is dreadfully wrong here.

How reliable is letstalk.com?

Kind of a silly question to ask here, but I don't know where else to ask.

Reason why I ask how reliable are they is because I've received only a few calls about customers who ordered through them. Most of the calls relate to "Where is my order?" or "I want to cancel and return the phone. What do I do?"

Of course I tell them:
1. You didn't order through us, therefore we cannot track your order
2. Return the phone to POS.

So, in your experience as CSRs, how reliable is letstalk.com when it comes to issues as ordering and what they charge?

I checked them out today and I'm in also shopping for new service. The prices they have on phones are really great and they seem legit. I really want to also get the best deal to see if there ar...

Hired Goons

I am seriously considering hiring myself out as a hired goon to beat some of the retard customers/dealer.

I will charge desent rates, you just have to pay my trip and a small fee for my time.

Warning! America, biohazard to brain cells!

Customer calls in not being able to call out or receive calls for the last couple days and it said that the last registration on the network was a few days back. I asked him to turn the phone off and on a couple times and try calling again. The customer, who's been with us for almost four years literally asked me, "How do I turn my phone off?" Do customers just forget how to breathe from time to time as well?

Look ppl do your fricking job. go over the rate plans and dif phones with the cus. DONT trans them to me because you dont feel like working. beuc do your job Im in cus care I cant migrate a ebd user...thats your job. SST you can at least pretend that you know how to walk up right...if nothing else go to the dam web site and go ovwer what you see on the site...for all of you who dont know thw addy for the website its www.cingular.com once again thats www.cingular.com

activation fee

does anyone know bout this or seen this, i have a customer on the line right now walking through a migration over the internet and when it comes to the activation fee it shows 36 bucks rather than 18 any body else run into this?

now i can understand people not knowing if they had a digital service or gsm still pretty bad but i can understand it... but i mean. how hard is it for a cust to knwo who service they have, like i just had a customer call in saying that he had tmobile and the he needed help i adv him that i was a cingular rep and he said well i dialed tmobile number nd got routed to you ( an obvious lie)

like i would love to know how you cannot know who you are with

Thats what some of these people need.I get this guy,okay,who wants to buy a Razor,okay,fine,i'm gonna hook ya up,buddy.So I'm doing this here migration,right,and I ask the guy,y'know,what rate plan he'd like,features,yadda yadda yadda,you know how it goes,when all of a sudden,outta nowhere,the cust exclaims(oh yeah,EXCLAIMS)"Why do I have to change my plan?I'm with att,I don't wanna be Cingular".Well,okay,fine and dandy buddy,this is how it goes,ya can't get the phone for the two year activation price without a 2 year commitment with Cingular.Cust proceeds to tell me that he wants this phone to place his SIM card from ATT in,and use on the ATT service.Uh uh,sorry bud,it just don't work that way,I give him the usual "diff...
