Doing a manual reprogram on a Motorola V60.....20 min later HE FINALLY ACCESSES THE PROGRAMMING MENU..... I HATE motorola v60s.....they are the devil 👿
If this idiot could just follow simple instructions instead of THINKING he knows whats going on and racing ahead of me then maybe this call would've been done 15 minutes ago

Glad I am not in a TDMA split tonight just normal 3g much easier. My problem is trying to get my handle time up. apparently it is little low calls are good but handle time low.

yeah i guess that call helped out my handle time....it was a blessing in disguise (even though i am very lucky that i am not missing clumps of hair right now LOL)

yeah been told to try and get it up, not much can be done my calls get monitored I am doing my job right just many things are just easy to fix. my motto is if we can fix it fast and right and not waste a customers time why not do it faster?
