I said "and can i ask who im speaking with please" and she said "sorry 1 sec i was eating" - so i thought she meant she didn't hear me so I asked again "oh.. sorry, may i ask who im speaking with" and she said "NO, I told you im eating, HOLD on a second" hahahaha

mine was even worst, i got a store rep trying to find some information on a customer's acct dealing with another customer at store and chewing some food, imagine that!!!
