Talk about getting sick of the same calls over and over again. Doing a job that is repetitive is very boring at the least I may say, so when they restrict some web site for us to view, it just chaps my a**. Is there any sanity in this job of customer care.

I just had a lady trying to tell me that she was trying to call her daughter in California. Me thinks she thought I was the long distance company even though I told her a million times I'm customer care for a wireless phone company. She's like "How do I call my daughter in California?" And I told her "Dial 1 and then her area code and phone number" then *click!* Haha đ
