I despise Unions! They have no place in todays work force. All they do is cause and create a rif between managment and normal employees. Not to mention the only protect the "weakest link" which in most cases are the people who are to lazy/stupid to do their job!
I would quit the 2nd convergys went Union... Although... right now I am one of the "weakest links" so maybe.... 😈

Well I am part of Cingular's Union... I have mixed feelings about it. They do take out apprx 1.3% of ya check, which can suck. They also do fight for our rights, at times. haha...
