What's the longest you have ever seen a port from tracfone to another carrier take? I have had one in for 3 days now.. It keeps saying they are waiting for a response from old service provider. /;|

They had unlimited texting and we didn't so when a teenage girl walked up with her dad and asked which plan has the unlimited textes we would always lose them to cincy bell. Last year on black friday we had a record breaking day at my store we had sales consistently from 4:30a to 11:00p so while they don't do doorbusters it is a big sales day.

Just got the November and December calendar with the extended hours for the mall. Don't really know how I am going to make an effective schedule now. Open 7-11 every Saturday from Thanksgiving to New Years Eve. Anyone Else have ridiculous hours this year??

Just had a lady return a new line that I sold her yesterday because she went to another store to buy an accessory that we didn't have and found a better deal.

Well if they said they will ask you to send back the new phone then they should just call you. If they don't do that then your bill will have an equipment charge between 200 and 500 dollars. But unless you live on the seashore somewhere or your kid spilled on more than just the battery you should be ok.. at least thats what I gathered from the new troubleshooting guide.

According to the latest VZW equipment troubleshooting guide. "the liquid damage indicator decal is to no longer be referenced". They are more looking for corrosion now. As long as there isn't obvious liquid damage (corrosion etc.) you should be fine.

Bogus NPS Feedback
For the 3rd time this month I have an erroneous complaint.
1: A customer I didn't even sell to called care and told them I promised the moon and stars and didn't deliver. (not my customer)
2: A customer who I exchanged a device out for said I charged her a restocking fee (have the receipts to prove I didn't)
3: A customer who I sold a phone to last week, asked me to show them a million things on ...

Well he didn't come in. Kind of let down lol I wanted to see him get a light slam. I am not in a call center though, so I only had one person to escalate to.

Was watching MTV the other day...
And saw at least 6 jamster commercials during the hour I was watching. I can't wait until the first customer comes in saying "what are these data charges on my bill? didn't verizon just get sued for this?" Then I will look on the account and they will have gotten their Jersey Shore nickname or some Pauly-D ringtone. But of course none of their teenage kids would have ever done that, they wouldn't lie to their parents.

We have a corporate kiosk in the mall where I work. They are pretty cool to us, even send us upgrades that need pushed a week since they don't like to do them. Now that relationship didn't develop overnight, it has taken a year and a new manager at the corporate store to get it that way.

Doesn't it seem just a little excessive to force all your sales reps to lead every sale with a P.D.A.? I mean it is cool in most cases and it makes you more money, but I refuse to lead with a P.D.A. when I am selling to an old lady who can't figure out how to use the voicemail on her Nokia 6010. K so here's the deal with the watertower. It used to say Florence Mall but the city wanted too much money to keep the mall's name on the water tower. The mall decided to not renew the lease on it, so instead of spending money to repaint the entire tower the city changed the "M" in mall to a "'Y" to make it y'all. Make no mistake however, I still hate the place with a passion.

When I worked a mall kiosk we had this crazy middle aged mall walker lady. During the holidays when the mall opened at 6 on Saturdays I would be there at 5:30 and she would always try to talk to me about life, politics, religion, and other issues that I seriously do not wanna talk about when I am hung over and haven't slept since Thursday night. Well usually it is only like 10 minutes at most. And to register my brand new car in Kentucky I have to pay sales tax on it again, so no I won't be moving to Kentucky. But I would be lying if I said I hadn't given it serious thought.
