I just talk back to a customer, and it felt SOOOO GOOD! (long)
I am not even suppose to be here, but I come in early cause no one was able to open due to projectile puking. So I come in, and this guy walks up. I haven't open. Everything is still off except the lights.
Me: Hello, sir, it will be just a min before I will be able to help you.
Jerk: NO. You are late. I want service now. I already wasted a hour of my time waiting for you and you want me to wait to take your slow time opening and suffer for your lateness.
Me: Actually, I am early, sooooo yes I do expect you to wait.
I go back to opening.
Jerk: I DEMAND service right now are I will call security.
Now, act this time I want him to leave, and if he call security we will be fine for not being here cause in the mall they have noth...
