K so maybe it's just me, but......
Doesn't it seem just a little excessive to force all your sales reps to lead every sale with a P.D.A.? I mean it is cool in most cases and it makes you more money, but I refuse to lead with a P.D.A. when I am selling to an old lady who can't figure out how to use the voicemail on her Nokia 6010. Anyone out there use this technique and has it been profitable for you? Feedback would be appreciated.

We make more of most handsets than we do off PDAs. I would never lead with a PDA.

I feel the exact same way you do, I have no problem leading off with a PDA or Iphone - but, if were dealing with a old person, I just dont. And most of the time if an old person wants a PDA, they come in and ask for one.
