Alright, I think this is bogus.

I was speaking with a friend of mine the other day who was telling me that there was a mass email sent through her call center that basically said that you can't have any personal convos with co-workers while on the floor, even during down time, when there's no calls going through. So that means no "Hey! How was your weekend?" or "How's the family?" or "I saw you at the concert what did you think?"

Personally, I dont understand what the big deal would be..... you practically spend most of your day at work, might as well talk about what's going on at home too, right?

so idk why people think with cell phone companies you should get even further discounts just cause you been with them for a couple years..do people go to thier local grocery store and ask for discounts on the cost of food cause you been shopping thier for 10 years NO they dont...i am just venting here

I find it funny when a new customer begins barking demands,

and they don't get what they want, they always say "I can see this is not the company for me to switch to either."
I always respond with "I am sorry you feel that way, would you like help with anything else today?"

I'm sorry, if we need to verify information with you, don't bitch and complain, as we already have told you it will take 4-8 hours to review the information once you have sent it, you sent it 2.5 hours before the department closed, and on Sunday, they are closed. Who's fault is that?

Boost Mobile Customer Service

So I think I just experienced a preview of hell!

1-888-BOOST-4-U

Took me 30 minutes to get a rep on the line (pressing zero repeatedly like when calling other customer service numbers DOES NOT WORK! The guy just says "we didn't get that"), FINALLY got the system to transfer me to a human, had to listen to an entire song by an American Idol winner whose voicebox I'd like to rip out, followed by a click and then "If you'd like to make a call..."

Someone PLEASE f**king kill me!

Undesirable

Has anyone ever had a credit check come back and basically say "no"? There's no amount of money you can pay us to give you service, we don't want you, etc. Usually it's like Class B $0, or Class D $500, but this just says "Undesirable". I had three already this month. And no, I don't even work in the ghetto.

I don't care if you are a lawyer, a doctor, how many companies you own or are the CEO of,
or who you know or what your mom or dad do....


IF YOU CAN'T PAY YOUR BILL, YOUR SERVICE WILL EVENTUALLY BE CANCELLED!
And it is not my fault or the company's fault that you can't pay your bill. So go ahead and call your state senator or whoever!

Giving notice

That's it. I'm giving notice. They're requiring mandetory overtime every day now and also I just found out they tax our bonus at 40% regardless of withholding. I can make minimum wage someplace else for a lot less hassle.

First off I want to say sorry for venting on here to everyone......

Ok so I have a company call me wanting to set up service with my company and are porting over 36 lines and adding another 15, not really a big deal because I am used to setting up the business lines and get it all going, lately it seems like some of them are more looking for information then actually signing up..... Well the last company that called I asked am I speaking to the person that is going to be setting up the account and will be the account manager (so I wouldn't have to waste time going through someone else and information would not be transfered properly).

After having a yes answer I start working out promotions on phones that they were asking for and loo...

I just had a store have a customer call to add himself as an authorized user so they can help him. I told him the account owner would need to call in cause you can't add yourself or what would be the pint of having authorized users?

Quick tip for customers

If you have a screaming infant/toddler having a temper tantrum?

Pro tip: Do NOT put them close to the phone. We do not appreciate screaming children in our ears or your pissiness when we ask you to repeat information because, guess what, your little darling was drowning it out with their howls of self-righteous fury.

wow, i have been on the phone for 45 minutes now helping a really computer illiterate person register her account on our website. that only took about 10 minutes but then she forgot her user name and password. and then we had to get her to her email which she just created for this purpose but cannot figure out either, now finally got her logged in but cant manage to navigate her online account, argg!

What really grinds my gears.

Agent support for verizon wireless. I swear the majority of them just want to make your life a hell. DO WHAT I ASK YOU TO DO THE WAY I ASK YOU TO DO IT. You don't know S*$! nor do I care to hear anything out of your mouth but Okay that is done. Thank you for calling in today. We are a team I'm the QB your my line..Get that right.

This did happen to me but I was there. Cust broke his phone and while throwing the temper tantrum that we should fix it, he said we are required to have parts for phones for 7 years. To which the rep, a former mechanic, replied I'm sorry sir but that is for cars not electronics. The customer caught off guard by the fact the rep knew that fact then left.
