$5.00 for taking a survey?

Okay, I saw a credit on someone's account that was $5.00 for completing a survey... Customers can make more money than we do, especially if they give us a no! WTF? Survey's take maybe 5 minutes to complete (max), that's $1.00 per min... Can we revoke their credit if they give us a no?

Holiday Bonus?

We used to get a food basket, turkey, potatoes, oranges and stuffing in a reusable holiday bag from the company every year. Then it was a gift card, then a christmas card. Last year nothing, this year nothing. How about the rest of you? $$, food, card?

No habla spanish

So I have a customer come in with questions about his bill. He then asks if I speak spanish. I told him no. THEN, in spanish, I inform him that my co-worker that does will be here at 12 tomorrow. He said ok and left looking more puzzled than when he came in.

Fact is I used to be able to speak spanish but didn't use it for 3 years and now I dont really know how much spanish I can speak. So sometimes I wing it, others I don't.

Me: I recommend you make a payment, that should do the trick it normally does. Is there anything else I can help you with today?

Crazy Caller!!

Im litterally on the phone with someone and she called because Capital 1 is calling her and turning her BlackBerry and turning it on speaker phone while she is talking to them to embarass her. She cant hang and they are keeping her line tied up so she cant make any calls.. Capital 1 has "hackers" and we need to take care of this. She wants me to track the hacker and get back to her so she can call them to stop. She also wants me to call Capital 1 and talk to the creditor to stop calling her. Are you fing kidding me!!!

Free Evo Hotspot???

Has anyone made it so they can get free hotspot? i know that it can be done but it involves downloading something where you look like your looking behind the little android guy, that the extent of what i have heard. if you know how or where to go to know how and it does not involve risking your evos life please infom

YAY! I have to go to court over a customer tomorrow!!!

Some of you may remember my debacle with the "protesting bill pay guy" who was arrested at my location a few months ago.

The first time we went to court, me, the officer and two security guards showed up to testify against him. The judge fined him $278.00 and told him to stay away from the mall.

(the back-story is; an idiot customer flipped out and threw a loud and obscene tantrum over a $1.00 bill pay fee at the location and was asked to leave by me, mall security and eventually arrested)

Turns out, the guy appealed to a higher court!

Looks like more of my time will be wasted while yet another judge literally laughs at the idiot who sat down Indian-style in the middle of the floor at the mall in protest of a $1.00 fee to pay...

Special people should not have cellphones...

Period. No ifs, ands, buts about it. Never ever ever. Or, they shouldnt and try to do a warranty claim on the phone.


I just had this girl call, obvious she had some sort of disability clear within her voice. Her phone wasnt charging. First, off, she couldnt verify, so I told her I could help with t/s but thats it.

So we're going through, gathering info off the phone and I try to help her find the Liquid damage indicator.

This is where it got bad.

So, I'm walking her through how to find it and she cant find it. So I walk her through, step by step again, and she find where its supposed to be but cant see it.

cust: I cant see it

me: Well, try holding under a light to see if you can see it that way.

cust: I said I ...

pahahaha...best call ever...for me anyway

so i get this lady, just yelling & yelling about her vm. "i'm trying to call my vm & i'm getting this message that this call cannot be completed from this device type, wth does that mean?"

"well ma'am, there's an outage for voice in the orlando, fl calling area. when customers call vm, they get a busy tone or message that the action isn't compatible with the device type."

"i work in an office FULL of cell phones and THEY'RE not having that problem!"

"ma'am do they all have your service?"

"YOU!! what service do you have? this lady is telling me there's an outage for vm & i wanna make sure she's not full of crap!! YOU!! YOU!! WHAT ABOUT YOU!! are you able to dial your vm?
give me your phone, I'LL do it.

The issue of missing msn after repair

It used to bother me that I would get a call for a lost stolen phone and there was no msn put in place by the repair center in a prior exchange.
I checked with someone and found out that no one wants to set the repair centers up to be able to update it. Sprint apparrently feels the fallout is not important enough to address.

So for all you people at repair centers, if this is the case I want to say sorry for being on your case about this issue.

you really want the Spanish Que? If you do want to speak to someone who speaks spanish, why didn't you select that option at the very start of the call. When I call in I have to listen to it before I can do anything. My theory is you secretly don't speak Spanish

Your teenage daughter takes nasty pictures of herself.

Nothing is better than when a customer gets an upgrade, and then decides to leave their phone at the store because they "don't need it anymore".

Newsflash: Most of ya'll take nasty pictures of yourself. You know you do.

So do your kids.

And if your daughter has a nice rack, I'll probably takes those pictures and transfer them onto my phone with my UME machine.

I might just call that little tramp too.

Yesterdays funny unbelieveable call

Okay this is a halarious call I had yesterday.

Me: Does opening.

Crazy Lady: Yes you sent me a the wrong phone its not mine why did you send me this phone I dont understand this I have a heart condition and my doctor need to call me ect.

Me: well im sorry to hear that but I will be more then happy to look into this and get it resolved.What phone did you have?

CL: I don't know what I had it's not this phone look in your computer I dont know I would have bent to my local VZW store and get this resolved but the guy there started jerking off in front of me and I refuse to go back there.
