wow, i have been on the phone for 45 minutes now helping a really computer illiterate person register her account on our website. that only took about 10 minutes but then she forgot her user name and password. and then we had to get her to her email which she just created for this purpose but cannot figure out either, now finally got her logged in but cant manage to navigate her online account, argg!

nope, just general customer care and didn't have a good enough reason to transfer her otherwise i would have. i'm not suprised by it just annoyed that in this day and age, someone is still that illiterate.
