WEll i know i'm not talking about customer but its just that i feel sad today, because of some stupid s**t, well here is what happend,

i decided to message on of my ex boyfriends on myspace, i know that the message i sent him didn't sound so good, specially cuz i said that i missed his crazy arss...

I don't even know why i sent him that message, maybe because i do get bored here at work and really have no one awake to text me and keep me awake, well my bf, read that message and he is making a big deal out of it...

i'am aware that if he would have writen that i would have been angry too, but now he is even thinking of breaking up with me and the way he is doing it is by pushing me to it, since he is only with me because...

WTF

Ok I worked for a company that sold verizon for almost 2 years. I loved it, then the big verizon guys closed us down for whatever reason. I thought it was b/c we have a sh*t ton of verizons in town, but no b/c they just opened two more stores. Anyways.

9 months later....
The store is now reopening to sell Sprint. I went to a training for sprint and seems it will be pretty easy with my experience. Any one that sells sprint, like it? hate it?
Anyone out there that used to sell verizon but now sells sprint? What do you like better?

I have a problem though, I HATE making calls..so maybe this isnt for me. I got away with it when we sold verizon b/c I always had plenty of sales, but this time its going to be different until ppl know we a...

When you're dead asleep at your desk, and your boss comes by to give you an update?

Just happened.

Woke up just as he turned to talk to me (lucky). It kind of sucked though because all he had to tell me was that there were no updates on this upcoming meeting. ๐Ÿคจ

And now my Red Bull is warm. Been a tough one today. ๐Ÿคฃ

Don't shoot the messenger, shoot the person that is running up you bill.....

i work for a special dept for ________, where we send a msg to customers that are incurring additional charges, and give them the opportunity to lower the charges before their next bill comes out....you would think that customers would appriciate

I do my job, I do it well and with a smile on my face.

Lady walks in (obese fat stupid 3itch) what is the difference between your store and the other (retail corporate) store.

Well we can't charge things to the account but that's it.

She has a fat pudding face of puzzlement... "so you can't add texting?"

Custy died in the store today

She was a horrible custy and mean and not nice and oh yes "FAT" and she was complaining about some generic complaint that customers have and so I was like out of nowhere "DROP DEAD FATTY SCUMBAG!" and she was so shocked that her fat body and that stress of me yelling back caused her poor little diseased heart to stop working and she died. Fell flat on her fat face.

if you are a customer, here is what NOT to do when you get me, or any other rep, on the phone....

DO NOT start yelling and popping off at the mouth about you do not incur additional charges, and that ________ has been ripping you off for years, and i haven't even gotten the chance to ask you for your wireless #.

DO NOT rattle off your # to me at the speed of light, then get upset when i ask you if you can repeat that slowly.

DO NOT ask me to tell you the exact time and date when you started going over your minutes. i am not going to waist my time nor bring up my handle time going thru all your calls, and finding that info, only for you to tell me that it is incorrect.

DO NOT ask me to credit your account after you have been a tot...

Down Time

So, been here for about 3รƒโ€šร‚ยฝ hours now and have had 1 call, a downfall for being part of a dying project. Just interested to hear what you guys like to do during down time. We're pretty limited to the things we are allowed to do here, so looking for some sugestions as to pass the time.

Paging the customers

So I work in a call center out in Arizona, in a specialty queue for Sprint. Yesterday I had a grand total of one call for the entire eight hour shift. ๐Ÿ˜ก Today seems to be going down the same road.

The sad thing ---> There are only six of us in the queue!!!

I'm so bored I'm reading old posts in phonescoop. I'm getting close to just posting our inbound number just so you people can call in.

Vending Machine Comedy

There is a Coke vending machine in the break room that has a conveyor belt that the machine drops the drink onto and puts it in the open slot, an hour ago there was one drink stuck on the belt, so its obviously broken, i just checked it and there are now 6 drinks stuck on the conveyor belt.... It makes me happy to know that either 1 person or 5 differnet people attempt to purchase a drink from this broken machine hoping that it would give them their drink....

THIS CUSTOMER CALLED AND WAS LIKE DUDE MY PHONE DOESNT WORK AND I CANT PAY MY BILL AND I WAS LIKE SHUT UP AND HE WAS LIKE CAN I TALK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR AND I WAS LIKE I AM THE SUPERVISOR AND WE ARE GOING TO TURN OFF YOUR PHONE AND HE WAS LIKE PLEASE DONT ILL PAY MY BILL AND I WAS LIKE YOULL HAVE TO PAY TWICE WHAT YOU OWE AND BUY A NEW PHONE AND PURCHASE THE INTERNATIONAL PLAN SEVEN TIMES AND HE STARTED CRYING AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS THE COOLEST GUY HE EVER TALKED TO IM HAVING A REALLY HARD TIME NOT PUTTING PUNCTUATION IN THIS

Well I've been a customer for ____ years....

As soon as a customer says this I generally begin to tune them out, surf phonescoop or read up on the news. Its the exact same shpiel everytime. I can almost say their lines with them simultaneously. Does anyone else just zone out when customers say this stuff??

ignorant people!

You know...I've been working in the industry for a little over a year. I've had customers who just make me turn my head to the side and wonder "What?!"...I've had customers who made me want to rip my hair out, who I've wanted to kick out of the store in the worst way...

But the ONE thing that p*sses me off the most....
is when a MANAGER of another store of ours calls the store, asking to speak to MY manager and when I explain to him "he's with a customer I'll have him call you back when he's done" and that manager says "no put him on the phone or I'm calling back" ...okay fine, but I'm going to tell you the same thing until he's done with that customer...

mother f*cker calls back like 3 times like a little child...DUDE! go ask me or a...
