OMG it must be a full moon or something. I got a call from this lady who wanted her package rerouted. She was giving me the new address and she kept saying to make sure it was specifed the apartment was in the rear, IN THE REAR. She kept saying it all throughout the call, "Be sure you put on there in the rear!"

Literaly the next call this poor woman had someone steal her identity and order the most expensive ph we have. Only the idiot had it sent to her address and her name LOL! Then she gave me the story that he stole all her credit cards and he was 525 pounds and was ordering huge size womens clothing for him and all this stuff. I really needed some levity today and boy did I get it!

so when is all said and done will both those go together and if so is it going to drive a stake through Sprints heart if it can be found

Not really, but seriously, certain carriers are expecting way too much from thier employees and then some. What happened to the whole Union thing? Was there ever one?

I honestly wish we could do something like boycott, do a sit in, etc but unfortuantly, we are easily replaced, and this is the only decent paying job (in our town anyway) that anyone can get into.

I just had a guy that demanded to be credited over 3 years worth of Canada roaming because no one told him there was a reduced Canada roaming plan.

I asked him had he contacted us before regarding this, and he says that he shouldn't have to. I told him the information is on our website and if you ask (like he is doing now) we can add the service.

Then he said "It's late, tell your supervisor to have the credit applied to the account. Thanks!"

Then hung up.
