to give their 75 grandfather a windows phone 7 for christmas... was sorely mistaken. I love old people in general... but it's too much phone for someone who can barely see and has shaky hands!!

As an industry that really is focused on younger more dependent customer base, I find we really do not care about older people. They do not provide the dependancy the industry wants as far as services.
Older people are less dependent and expect more for their dollar. Need less service and are most likely to not but the newest or the most expensive plans.
Also do not care about tech and being hip. Just want to be able to call and text sometimes.
