My friend had a woman who said she could not find the *2 button. It took her a few minutes to realize she was looking for 1 button with a * and a 2.
I had a man call in and said he had an email on his phone. Took me about a minute to realize he meant a text message

My fav thing to do is copy pasta the arbitration clauses into a post call email and send it off. Usually ruffles a few feathers ;)
