ABC Pay

So one of the people here ended their pay period at over 1,000.00 showing as pay for 2 weeks. Top performer who really does deserve it. Came in and found that after the closing date for the checks they are going to pay min wage.

Some incentive.

This is why we care so much for those we work for. They show how much they care.

Does anyone else have customer that when asked "Do you have any other questions today?" reply with "No" but then ask a question anyway. I have had this way too many times this week. 😡

Comes in, every 2 weeks or so, brings someone in, they buy phones, and he ALWAYS brings them back. At what point do I 86 this bastard? because I'm about to jump over my counter and beat the living piss out of this piece of ****?

So i am tired of customers gettin pissed because they dont take advantage of a promotion, but call in two weeks later wanting the same deal. Its like sorry it expired you should of taken advantage when you were offered it.

Sprint incentive pay

We love the abc formula used for incentive pay. 😳 I was told that it works really well. They pay us crap (min wage) and we give back the same (min caring). 😲

It is nice to know if we jump through fire, take the bullet from the customer and they like us for it, and we sell 500% of staggering mins that we can make good money.

Unfortunatly for them some of us are educated enough to find that the formula used is designed to reduce their payout to us.

But were we are, a job is a job, we know that and live with it. Just do not ask us to buy the bridge. 😁

anyone who works here know what that means and it is also the shortend letters for the company.

try this, set up to do outbound call work
told 50 bucks per sale (NOT A NORMAL THING)
then work your backside off to make your bonus and they see how much you have done and CHANGE THE RULES MIDSTREAM to avoid the payout.

these change probable things have cost me time on my check and loss entirely of incentives for the past 4 checks and now this. Tell me there is a place where a person with exceptional sales ability is valued and gets b paid for it

Funny thing happened on a call from a customer

I had a customer call in on Friday, and they asked, "What's the difference between the 1400 minute plan and the 700 minute plan?" Without thinking, I said, "700 minutes". 🤣 In my defense, they did not specify, "What is the price difference..." Fortunately, he had a good sense of humor, and we both had a good laugh!

BlackBerry Style 2??

I am at work and I cannot look anything up, but is Blackberry going to come up with the style 2 where the flip portion of the screen is touch? I think this would be the only logical next step for the phone what do you guys think?

what would your company do?

so i work for an indirect at a new location. my previous location was shut down due to lack of sales. the issue with the old store was traffic, in our area (5 mile radius) we had 10 other competing indirects and 2 corporate locations. market saturation was incredibly horrible. i was given the opportunity to transfer before they closed. at the new location i am competing with a fellow employee for the managers position. he has been selling and ive been having the worst run i have ever had, I'm working on increasing my sales. we had become friends, but i always felt something was shady about him, and my suspicions have been confirmed.

Last night he was talking to another mall employee and a friend of mine happened to walk by and over hear ...

people don't like the iPhone? I have one. True, I love it. But I've also had blackberries, palms, and windows devices. I like the iPhone because it just works and has yet to fail me.

For me is that if I get one more call about refreshing the streaming issues on the Evo I might scream.
I work in billing!
Ask me about your bill!
Have me change your plan!
I dont want to wait for your Evo to turn off and then on again!

lemme refresh you on the ins & outs of phone etiquette once again, as it seems that it has totally escaped your minute periods of lucid sanity....

1. if you TELL!! me i'm going to GIVE you what ever or you TELL!! me i'm going to DO whatever...expect that i'm goin to do the polar opposite.

Sprint voice mail

As much as we in care like guessing what the heck is going on with Sprint, is there anyone who can tell us about what the customers are supposed to do in reference to the voice mail upgrade.

Calling tech gave me trouble shooting but nothing about what the customers need to do.
Thank you Sprint for making us look like idiots when they call about this issue
