I hate that I am twenty times smarter than anyone I interact with wether they be customers, coworkers, or supervisors.
I hate that I am micromanaged every minute of every day for every thing I do.
I hate that I hate it so much I dont want to help the customers anymore.
I hate even when you are trying to be a nice customer you still sound stupid.
I hate that when you try to be a smart customer you still come off as an idiot.
I hate that I can not get my schedule changed no matter how hard I try.

Am I the only one
water damage
Here's what happened. I had a momentary lapse in common sense and decided to browse on my Incognito while enjoying a hot bath. I picked it up and removed the battery as soon as it hit the water, and the indicator does not show water damage, but the inside screen went blank and i could only use the phone for calls using the outside touch keypad.
Now, just a few hours ago, my screen came back on and my phone seems to be working normally. Did my phone escape certain death, or is it just a matter of time until I have to go back to BB and get another one? If the latter, how much time might I have?
My Phone was doing that before it was damaged
M: well let me take a look. I notice that your touch panel has some damage that may affect your phone operation.
C: Well my phone was doing this before I broke it. So it should be covered under warranty
M: Since it is broken It will not be covered under warranty.
C: But it was doing this before it was broken
M: I hate to say this but you should have brought it in when this problem first occurred.
C: well it was working fine before.
M: You just said it was not working before you broke it.

Apple why do people hate you?
now i can see hating companys responsible for phones that have alot of issues and are not even worth the plastic they are made out of, but why hate a company that makes a really quality product everytime. yes they have had problems but no of them have ever been deal breakers.
so tell me why you like or dislike apple?
This has gotten ridiculous!
My job has just instiuted ANOTHER piece of junk we have to say at the end of a call. So now its gotten ridiculous!
1. we have to educate on premier status, 4g coverage, family locator, Changing the name of your subscribers, and offer an add a sub at the end of the call. Each of those has its own one to two sentence mandatory script.
2. Then, we ask if we resolved their issue
3. The new thing is that now here we have to ask if they want an e-mail confirmation of the fact that their issue has been resolved
4. Then we ask if they have any other issues we can resolve in regards to equipment, billing, or coverage. Which is supposed to keeop them from calling back in within 7 days, but it doesn...

My mechanic is an a****** customer!!
So he came into my store a few minutes ago to look at phones, and I don't think he recognized me. He proceeded to tell me that my phones weren't worth a s***, that Verizon was stupid for not letting him run a smartphone with no data, and that anyone who used internet on a cell phone must be stupid (yes, I carry an android phone). So it turns out my new mechanic is a complete a** when he's off the clock.
I feel very insulted that he would come into my shop and talk smack when I just spent so much money in his sh...
