Oh how i love

when customers think because they have been with us since there grandpa was a kid (yeah thats been said to me) we should credit off 3 months of bills....because they cant pay there bill. Hate that. ๐Ÿคฃ

Hey At&t salesman....

Is the Quickfire charger the same as the new LG chargers? Dont have a Quickfire in store right now to check but i returned a Quickfire a couple of days ago and my corp office called and said i returned a LG charger back in with the phone instead of a Quickfire charger. THanks!

"hel-"

"DO YOU HAVE A BELT CLIP FOR THIS!?" (GZONE Boulder)

"Let me take a look here Sir... Looks like I dont, but I have a couple of other cases that might work just as well or better for it. Here's a pou-"

"I don't Want a F***ing pouch! I need a belt clip. where do you carry those F***ing things in this F***ing store"

"Sir, I just looked around and it doesnt appear that I ha-"

"That's F***ing great!" *goes to leave*

We sure do have ALOT of posts about Samsung Rewards we should have a seperate forum for it ๐Ÿ‘€ just a thought?

We do replacments

for a major carrier - and OMG if the reps aren't the most stoooopid, no wonder the the customers are ignorant. It is ridiculous how a rep will try to get us to do something they know we can't do, just to get the customer off their line, the customers will LIE, LIE, LIE to get a replacement, then complain if it's a refurb--THAT THEY SHOULDN'T QUAALIFY TO GET IN THE 1ST PLACE!........why? why do I do this for a living?

Monday Madness

I work for Asurion and I absolutely hate Mondays. What is it about Mondays that bring out the beast in people. I just took two calls back to back and the customers were complaining about having to pay the 50 deductible to get another phone sent out. They both are going to cancel their service, wich we all know is more than $50. What is it that these customers don't understand that the $50 deductible is better than paying full retail price for a phone.

Boring!!!

I'm bored outta my mind. Have not had one customer come in today. I got all excited when the UPS guy came I was so nice to him, and he was such a d-bag. ๐Ÿ˜ข I'm all alone, and no one to talk to. Tell me how yall's day is going.

Because I'm extremely bored, I went on to Crackberry.com and theres rumors going on about CDMA verisons of the Pearl Flip and the Bold being released ๐Ÿ˜ฒ ...This could be a very very good thing!! Just a little tid bit of info for anyone out there, who is like me sitting on your rump, not doing anything! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

why does it MATTER how long you've been a customer?!?!

we're still not going to give you the Storm for free.

we're not going to treat you any better or any worse depending on the length of time you've been with verizon - it's your ATTITUDE that determines how hard i work to resolve your issue.

if you're taking out your fustrations at cell phone companies on ME, or if you insult my mother, my looks, my intelligence, etc., or threaten to attempt to get me fired or sabotage the brake lines on my car, you are more likely to get the cops called on you for threate...

some lady just came in and dumped her prepay samsung u340 in my lap..... and says "fix it, i'm going to gottchalks to shop, i'll be back in a minute."

W T F?!?!?!?


me, thinking to myself: get the heck back here you little twit, why would i be obligated to fix your phone if it's not even worth it to you to STICK AROUND for five minutes???

i spend six or seven minutes on the phone with prepay tech support (i hate those menus in a big way), get it fixed..... and almost an hour later, she's still not back.

whatever.

moto adventure music kit

im sick of sitting on hold for 20 mins... this will be faster...

can anyone tell me if the moto razor music kit is compatible with the moto adventure?

a customer wants one, and our warehouse says they have 4 in stock for the adventure, but when i go to order it, it says its for the razor.

...in my store. Our new VP has started requiring us to run the ATTNavigator demo on all of the phones that are capable of it. And we have to run kids movies on all of the iPhones in the store. So, constant chatter all day long. Oh lord, they are telling me to turn left again.

had a customer

that told me her daughters lg choc (8550) almost set her house ablaze. She said it got hot and caught fire and damaged their carpet... Ive seen a melted razr before but ive never heard of lg? Anyone know anything about this?

M-Me
SC- Stupid Customer

SC- Can I charge my phone here because I forgot to charge it at home?

M- No I'm sorry we don't have any open chargers just floating around.

SC- How much is a car charger?

M- Car Chargers are 30.

SC- That's redic. I'm not paying that much for a car charger. How much are regular chargers for the wall?

M- Those are also 30. All chargers are 30.

SC- I have a Pantech Breeze. Don't you have any universal chargers?

M- All the different brands of phones have different entry ports on them so there is no one charger that fits in all phones. Even if we did, it will still be 30.

SC- *sighs* (to husband or boyfriend) Let's Go.

calling all VZW customer care agents.....

do you guys realize that when you tell us you are "directing us to a supervisor/other department/technician" and then direct us to the "indirect agent customer care line" there is NOTHING THERE?


i work for a premium retailer and am getting really sick of getting directed to a menu that does absolutely NOTHING for me?

reps, the indirect CC is a myth. the menu only has one option, basically - e*ROES tech support.

i HAVE the e*ROES tech support number. if i needed e*ROES tech support, i would call them instead of calling you. but if i need something for a customer such as a credit issue or tech support, etc, then i call customer care for a reason.

whatever your supervisors or little memos are telling you about this great, wonderfu...

something I'M not getting....

we have this 60+ year old lady with neon orange lipstick that bought a Samsung Knack from us 12 days ago. when she came in, she asked for THE most basic phone available, doesn't want a camera, doesn't want bluetooth, doesn't want anything complicated or expensive, etc, etc, etc.

she comes in today to exchange the phone, and brings in a (3 month expired) flyer from corporate and says, "show me these phones, i want one of these."

the flyer had the Dare, the Voyager, the Blackberry Curve, and the EnV2 on it. ๐Ÿคฃ

i know that the whole point of cellular company marketing is to put the popular phones on the ads to draw the people who want the most high tech stuff......
