meeee tooooo!!!!! I did have one customer come in and say that he did appreciate the service that I provided for him a couple months ago..no joke! he had got hes mail in rebates in and said that he wanted to come in and personally thank me...I thought it was pretty awesome 😁

I think I talked to the t-mobile bob yesterday.In one year $12,000 in credits. Almost 4-5 calls per week, he was 61. According to him he was smarter than me..

I asked for a different phone to troubleshoot his sidekick and told me he did not need a different line and asked to talk to my sup..

Go figure on our warranty tool theres was like 15 different phones. He mention he had been using a sidekick for 10 years..
