Just got wrote up for Transferring some calls back in to the queue....This calls get to you sometimes and the next call i may not want to take it" Guess i found the hard way...but i still have my job, hopefully i can keep for a long time.

Get rid of the phone for a blue dot?
Customer called in wanting to know what the blue dot on her screen next the the signal bars is. I told this customer that it was a notification that her PTT (Push To Talk) feature was inactive. Customer asked how to get rid of it? Told her it didn't mean anything important and she's not being charged for it and we don't have any options to remove it.
SHE'S GOING TO GET RID OF HER PHONE BECAUSE OF IT! I'm astounded... Sigh... this is gonna be a long day.

more importantly anyone else who uses it have all kinds of problems?
it seems as tho i have to log in 3 or 4 times to actaully get logged in. then most of the time it shows random sales for random model numbers that i dont sell.

C- I just bought this bluetooth off of ebay and the boom is broken and so is the piece that goes around your ear I want to return it here since I am a VZW customer.
M- Sorry Sir you purchased that online from a third party site and even if you bought it through VZW.com I cannot return it for you since I am a retailer.
C-This is F'ed up you need to credit my bill for this hassle
