Great First Customer

Customer walks in and is really pissed off.
C- I just bought this bluetooth off of ebay and the boom is broken and so is the piece that goes around your ear I want to return it here since I am a VZW customer.

M- Sorry Sir you purchased that online from a third party site and even if you bought it through VZW.com I cannot return it for you since I am a retailer.

C-This is F'ed up you need to credit my bill for this hassle

M- Sir I physically cannot do that 1. you bought it from ebay 2. I am not in control of billing.

C- Fine just take one of the bluetooths off the wall over there and give the the ear part.

M- Sir like I stated before that is not going to happen

C- This store is a worthless piece of S#!t
