Dumb custy

Work in a call center. A "good ol boy" from the south called with a credit card order. I asked him his state and all he would say was United States.

I finally had to end the call. 😕

what to do, what to do

I really want to get a side slide, but i dont like what VZW has to offer and I am under contract with them â˜šī¸ .... The Rival is like the best slider I like but I REALLY DONT WANT touch screen.... Anyone know if it is possible for me to get a Sprint LG Rumor and use it on my VZW acct???

Stories

People say the most random stuff just so they won't be charged any amount on their bill. They curse and rue the day you were born and decided to tell them that their iPhone 3G S is not for free just because they have been with us 3 weeks, and NEEDs to come with a $30.00 data plan.

For our precious Store Reps please share your stories, due to in my line of work the worst they can do is hang up. đŸ¤Ŗ

Possible Fraud?!?

So I get this customer that has one line with T-Mobile and wants to add 4 more lines onto his account, he as the unl loyalty plan, so you can imagine it would be quite expensive when all said and done for monthly charges and all...

He wants 4 Beholds, with NO Data NO Texting, and wants to be able to have them unlocked that way he and his family can travel to Italy next month, for 3 months!!! Oh yeah, and he wanted me to make them free...Yeah right...

Who would be okay with paying over $200 for three months and not actually using the service!?!

Long story short, I cant do it even if I wanted to, cause he has two other Delinquent lines that have been canceled and have hefty balances do before any new lines can be added...

What company's employees get the best discount from sprint?

I am looking to figure out what company gets the highest discount off of their sprint service.

Right now, the highest i can find is pepsi with 25%

I just love when they come up acting like they want a phone, and it just so happens that is when you are absolutly on fire because they are asking all the right questions.

Then when it comes down to crunch time, they say,

"now that you have told be a little bit about your business, let me tell you about mine.....

How would you like to be your own boss?

Unlimited income."

Blah, blah, blah It is a complete waste of my time, nevertheless I am still nice because they are eligible for upgrade. But they want to come back and harrass me to give them money.

does every company do this? I'm so tired of people getting pissed at me. I'm sorry you don't have your DL or know your Tax id but i can't sell you a phone or bill something to an account with out these things. How does that not seem fair to request. And YES we have been doing this for 5 years so I don't care that the last rep did not ask for it. ITS A POLICY and I follow it.

Customer Service Reps and Sales Reps do not perform their jobs to be your personal assistants, to do the things that you are too damn lazy to do yourself, to do the things for you that you are simply too lazy to learn to do, or to be bitched and screamed at when things don't go your way.

They ARE there to explain products and services, to assist you with training on your products, and to help when things go whack-a-ding-hoy with the products and services you purchased from their company. To assist with this process I list some simple rules below.
