Work in a call center. A "good ol boy" from the south called with a credit card order. I asked him his state and all he would say was United States.

Well being that i live in texas, and last i checked it's just about as south as you can get without being in mexico.. i was just pointing out that many people act as though they have never picked up a book unless it was used to steady a table.
