It's failing BECAUSE people are leaving. And people are bailing out BECAUSE it's failing.
It's the same kind of event that caused the stock market to crash.
If Sprint wants to stay afloat, it sounds like they have to stop that cycle somehow. Unlimited Everything doesn't appear to be doing it.

One of the side effects of this career is that it's stressful, and not in a way that disappears as soon as you clock out. I love PhoneScoop, and Shop Talk, because I can come here to make light of the situation with other reps to chill out between the worst customers.
And I think we can mostly agree that the stories about nice, polite and thoughtful customers are better, but fewer and further between the stories about the ...

Yes. When you're online chatting, we CAN see what disgusting, rude and juvenile things you've said to the previous rep(s). We WILL hang up on you as soon as possible when we know you're just screwing around.
So if you want genuine help, don't mess around with us and then later expect us to help you.
