Cust talkin trash in another language
Well we had this spanish speaking "lady" come in and in perfect english tell us her phone isn't working. First thing I do is pop the battery and check the indicator for water damage.. Red as an apple. The phone was purchased 2 wks ago.
I pull up her account, verify everything and tell her she has insurance and I can put her on the phone with the insur. co. She's on the phone a few minutes (talking spanish) and another rep came over (who speaks spanish but is white). She covertly listens to the lady's side of the conversation and whispers in my ear that she's telling the insur. rep that I said the deduc. would be waived because the phone was damaged in the store.

Literally the only remarkable thing about it is the name and the fact that it's thin (which isn't even that unique anymore, Samsung has phones out that are ultra-thin too that we carry.)
I just spent 20 minutes speaking with a woman who was adamant about getting a RAZR (again, just the V3) despite the fact that she was paying $80 more than she would have paid for a phone by Samsung that was smaller, had a better camera, and had the MP3 player in it (a free phone) because she 'really wanted the RAZR.)
I didn't get it when it was new, I still don't get it.

Don't you have a debit card? We process checks electronically, so it's the exact same result, but it takes 1/3rd of the time!
AND
WHY do you insist on filling out the rest of the check when I TELL you that the check will be filled electronically, so you don't have to write it out?

WOW whats the point
10 min go by and cust is back say its doing it again I call tech and he says that it worked thus it may be something else call Tower tech so I call and they say everything is good so I'm like weird why will they not go? I look at the contacts and the cust had ALL his numbers in his phone book with *67 before them I test with my phone using the number block and it fails and says invalid number because it will not let him use the calling feature in a text.
