Not sure if this qualifies as shoptalk but

Ill share anyway

My Coworkers went to a party last night all of them are guys, all are straight that I know of we will call them A, B, and C... A got drunk and tries to get B into a bed room, when B wouldnt go A told C that B was bull****ing and all he wanted to do was put it in B's butt... LMAO 🤣

sprint/nextel costomer service

sprint/nextel customer service is terrible...why can't they have certain numbers that you call to get help...if you do call customer service, you get transferred to 17 different before getting disconnected...i have never dealt with a worse customer care...terrible

The Mobile Solution

I had a gentleman in here asking about employment. I asked if he had any experience and he mentions TMS. We got to talking a bit and he divulges that it is common practice in the Cali store he was at to keep people SS numbers along with address and names on cards for future use. If someone doesn't pass credit they would use someone elses social to get it done without deposite. He claimed this was promoted by management. Sucks there isn't any way I can report this. Tmo needs to get off their arse and boot these guys.

I don't know what you mean by cellphone...

ugh. Friday night was the most boring night ever; not a single customer walked in the store. Then there's guy who called at 8h55. Keep in mind that we do landlines too.

M = me
SC = stupid customer

Me: ________ , this is Dave, how may I help you?

SC: Yes, hello

M: Hi

SC: I have a phone and it's not working

M: Ok, what seems to be the problem?

SC: Well, I don't have a dial tone after I pressed on talk

M: Alright, is it a cellphone or a landline?

SC: what's a landline?

M: Well, is it your home phone?

SC: No no

M: Alright, well usually, with cell phones, if you take the battery out, it should fix the problem. It might be a problem with the phone's programming or something..

SC: I don't know what you mean ...

I want to crawl through the lines and shove that phone up your nose. Just shut up.

This guy, in JULY got a phone that his sister bought him for his birthday.

Well he was having trouble with it and I guess through care did an exchange and got a different phone instead of the phone he had. His old phone was a better phone but I don't know, I have nothing to do with any of this, my ability to so much as sniff around the order ended approximately 3 months ago.

But he got transfered to me from his care department because some idiot over there did not want to do their job or deal with im any more. He wants some bonus minutes to make up for the difference in phone. I don't even have access to his account.

But the idiot won't SHUT UP...

tmobile anyone/?

im looking at tmobile as a carrier, my current carrier blows and i wont go with the carrier i work for, anyways ive been using the curve that my friend has, she let me kinda "test drive" it and i love it i want it and i want tmobile but im not fully informed. i mean everything sounds fantastic! there has to be a downside... someone give me the bad news and bring me off this tmobil cloud im floating on.

wow, this guy (mullet and all) with a kid (also mullet) walk by my stand, i smile and say hi. he proceds to walk BEHIND me and stand there, whisles (trying to get my attention) then says "hey! hey lady behind the counter!"

i turn and look at him like, wtf is your problem?
and then he says "do you speak english?"

im like, yes i do, i just didnt know how to react to way you beckoned me!

then hes like, "you dont got any prices on these phones. why not!?"

well sir, becuase it depends what you are planning on doing, ie retail, upgrade, new....

and he says "oh, well thats stupid. so its like $50 a month every month, $300 ETF, $200 phone, and all those taxes you screw me wtih, right?"

well sir, the monthly bill depends ...

How I want to note the order...

I want to write...

Customer is an idiot. Customer could not be bothered to read the error message when he placed the order. Error message advised customer to call our department in the morning (since the order was placed at midnight) to complete the order. Customer instead chose to try placing the order again, and rcvd the same message. Customer again was too stupid to read the message and placed a third order.

Customer is angry because he only wanted one phone and wants orders canceled. Advised we cannot cancel orders once they are showing complete status. Customer threw a temper tantrum and demanded a supervisor. Warned supervisor that this customer is an idiot.

Peace out, my Nizzies

Today makes the last day I'll have to wear this Solectron shirt. This nasty, off beige colored long sleeved in the summer, shrinking, stupid shirt!!! My resignation has finally come. I'm still going to lurk on th forums, since listening to all of you whine and complain still entertains me. But as of Monday I'll be working for DirecTV. A short time on the floor, then onward to a supervisor or manager position.

Ugh

I hate it when customers pull up to my store and just sit in their cars for, like, half an hour. Ugh. Get in, get out, be on your way.

It's a Saturday morning. Dead, as usual. However, right in front of my store, there is someone sitting in their car eating. With their windshield wipers on. It's not raining.

And they just left. What's the point in that? I can tell it's going to be one of those days...

RAZR'S AS LOANERS!

Just had a customer cuss me up one side and down the other because I didn't have any RAZRs in my loaner stock! Then got mad when I said that it would cost her $400 deposit with $200 that I keep out of it. She blew her lid!
