sprint/nextel costomer service
sprint/nextel customer service is terrible...why can't they have certain numbers that you call to get help...if you do call customer service, you get transferred to 17 different before getting disconnected...i have never dealt with a worse customer care...terrible

alltel...and i can honestly say i haven't had the first problem yet...i sold nextel and sprint for a year and a half though, before coming to alltel
