I am a HUGE dork!
First of all, for anyone that doesn't know, I hate my job (I'm already looking for a new job, just so you know) mainly because it's 100% commission and I don't make enough to pay all my bills on time. Also I got married a week ago today, so that's on my mind a lot too. So, yeah, a little distracted on my way out the door.
I get to work and start scanning everything for inventory. I get finished and start helping customers, and I reach into my pocket to get my phone.... and it's not there. 😳 Needless to say I was not my happiest. I go through the process of getting it suspended so the dirty-rotten thief can't use it. After I call my wife to let her know what happened and she says: "Wha...

does any1 know the master unlock code for a razor v3t, I m not a t-mobile customer, I jus thave a phone given to me and the person who found it, found it with phone asking a for a lock code, which means who ever lost it, placed a lock code, there has to be a master lock code to solve this issue!!

Crazy Lady
She came in one month after I activated her saying that Tmobile customer service was calling her and harrasing her. She said she was getting calls from a three digit number. It was highly unlikely that it was tmobile calling her. I looked at her call log on her phone and there was a bunch of three digit numbers but they were all out going calls. So I ask...

crazy knife guy
well he started to point to the bluetooths with a flashlight he had on his key chain. Ok a little odd i thought.. i honestly tried not to burst out laughing. ( keep in mind it only him and i in the store.).... well next thing i know he pulls a huge restaurant style steak knife out of his pocket and starts pointing at the bluetooths with it, asking questions about them. I'm not a big girl so i was a little creeped out.
Anyway a cop walked by outside my door and the guy just put the knife back in his pocket and left... WEIRD!!! just wanted to share my story!

We just started having to call people "when things are slow", which at my store.. is nearly all of the time.
I hate calling people to sell them things, but we are so slow that I would like to see it help, but most of the time, wouldnt you just be talking to a user ON the account, not the account HOLDER?? How does this make sense?
November..... WILL IT PICK UP???
For all those who are on this site, is this a country wide thing? or maybe north east or possibly even as narrow of a market as say western pa eastern oh???

Get it? So sales does new lines, and the other dept (CMO) does upgrades. Only difference is CMO doesn’t get commission.
Then the managers decided to let CMO do add-a-lines. You know, only if they come across a customer that needs one while they’re upgrading.
Then CMO could do business accounts, for upgrading, of course.
Then CMO started getting sales calls on a regular basis…
