Why can't a AT&T Blue be mixed with an AT&T Orange? Seems like a phone line is a phone line. Or is it a money issue? I have had my AT&T phone for 4 years. Why would I give up 1000 shared minutes for $49.99 w/a 25% corporate discount. I would gladly switch if I could keep my plan. I'm not dumb to do this just for a free phone. I keep buy mine unlocked.

I was told I could add a line to my current service without any changes because I had my own phone. The order was taken and AT&T sent out the sim card. (It was to be done for a Father's Day surprise) When it came time to Activate the Sim Card, I ran into problem and so did the rep's trying to do the activation. to be shot. i hate when you tell a customer about theis upgrade eligibility because the first words that come out of their mouth are "free phone?" then they complain a few months down the road that the free phone is cheap. well what do you expect for free. or better yet, i didnt get insurance because i got a free phone when it was lost/stolen

yes sir. i do understand your frustration and how you feel ripped off for paying the full price for something, then when the new model came out, the price got reduced. 🙄

So me and co workers were discussing the major wireless providers and came to a conclusion that the power rangers are like the wireless companies.

Red ranger: Verizon (for leading customer support.)

Blue ranger: AT$T (We're smart.)

yellow ranger: Sprint (They get stuff done.)

Pink Ranger: T Mobile (...come on...)

So i asked..."Well what about the black ranger?"

CW: "Boost Mobile..."

I just wanted to thank the two gentlemen at the AT&T store on Monument Rd in Jacksonville Fl!!! They were so friendly and very professional! I was going to cancel my contract with AT&T but after the experience I had with them yesterday I will remain a life long customer as long as they work there! I have been through so much with billing issues that Corporate locations have put me through and they as an Authorized Retailer took good care of me. I dont know why Corporate locations feel they have to lie to customers. Maybe they feel that their commissions are more important. Thanks again!

i knew we wouldnt get first crack at the instinct. They said emp's and upgrades first......now we cant get one for a couple of weeks..........I CALL BS

(our company blocks IM programs so we have to page for management or each other over the phone system loud speakers)

It's a simple process...
1- lift the phone receiver off the base.
2- bring the receiver towards you ***away from the phone's loudspeaker***
3- turn the receiver towards your mouth, ***away from the phone's loudspeaker***
4- press the page button on the phone's base.
5- talk.
6- press the release button to disconnect
7- ***then*** place the receiver back into the phone's base.

If you don't do this it will feed back and have an obnoxious and hearing damaging squeal. I would understand if it only happened to new reps or happened very rarely, but it happens every day, from just about all of you. A coup...

Yesterday the Mall was open from 12-6.

Before I even opened I was upgrading two lines with the Buy 1 Get 1.

I was slammed all day with customers.

- Asking about Home services,
- Running thier credit for U-Verse. (no one qualified, getting sick of that)
- Working for some New Acc's.
- Did Five Upgrades, only a few features. (economy is my enemy, everyone's saving
- Did 1 New activation.
- Helped other employees with customers
- Installed new comp equipment.
- & The Usual Mall Drama that takes place everyday.


Yep....& It was Fathers Day, and I have Two Sons...

I Made 239.00 in Commission which I get 10 Percent of.............

But I have a customer looking for a phone that can support music files in .aa format. I'm not sure what .aa is, but I know that some of our phones support aac and aac+ files. Any idea if any of our phones will work?
