Dear Miss Wireless Customer,

When paying your bill pleae stop reaching into your bra to get your money. I do not want your boob sweat soaked money, even if I have Purell on hand. I may have you arrested as our overhead security cameras are getting flashed your boobs. Next time get your money out before you come into the store and let it dry. Then I can think it came from a normal source. It's bad enough that money is already one of the most dirtyiest things ever. I don't need your boob juice/sweat on it too!!

.... is all these people that just HAVE to have a blackberry. 90% of them have no clue what all it does. Their friend has one, so therefore they HAVE to have one to be cool as well. Then they moan and complain about the $29.99 data package because, "well i'm not gonna use it for that." WHY ARE YOU GETTING IT THEN!?!?!?!


I get this all day everyday and I'm sure you do too. Maybe I should put this in the VZW forum so that i can get customers responses. Oh, wait, cant do that. Why can cust not read there contract? Do not call yelling at me because you're butt hurt that you can't keep your 11,000 rollover minutes and go down to a 450 plan. Custies can be so ignorant.

why is it that when we get criticized about the way we handle ourself that we cannot
take it and yet it is for the best sometimes to get criticized for how we handel a customers request that is good and how we handel ourselves on the phones or off????
why do some people care not to be criticized for this info does this not help them as well the customer ??????

i say yes and those that CANNOT handle criticism is in the wrong profesion to handel customers. but then again this is just me 😈

I just helped a customer that had this big rash on both of his arms. It might have been poison ivy one or the other. He rubbed his arm all over the counter and to make it worse he then started to scratch. It was dry so whenever he scratched it, the flakes would fall on the desk. OMG!!!! He continuously kept wipn the desk off then scratching again. It's been about 10minutes, I disenfected everything washed my hands and I feel all itchy.

I love customers that don't understand the basic phone we carry and comes in so frustrated over the little features and then says....
"I should just get one of them Blackberrys." 😳 R U 4 REAL?

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but I'm amazed at how people get upset because nobody speaks spanish in the store.

We have a rep that leaves at 4:30pm and after that everyone speaks english. This country has spoiled the spanish speakers so bad they go places and expect someone to speak spanish.

What about all the other people that speak different langos, do you see Arabic people coming into the stores getting mad because they cannot communicate. If you're going to make exceptions for one culture do it for everyone else.

Ya know what irritates me! Its people that want an expensive ass phone but want me to block internet. Why spend 300 on a htc tilt and block the internet. Then they get made cause they cant really do alot on the phone. Well you cant do anything with the phone cause ur cheap.
Its like buying a brand new 2008 car with crank windows. Its retarded. If im gonna spend 20,000 on a car them windows is gonna roll themselves down. lol.
I just get mad when people on here bitch that internet is too expensive and att should drop there prices. cmon we have the most customers obviously we are doing something right.

i work as a sales rep for a sprint corporate store. the little customer service that i do have to do here makes me wanna shoot myself in the face.

i pose this question to all you customer service associates, how do you hold it back when some one is being a smart ass to you? or if they are abruptly rude?

C: if i get the samsung instinct can i keep my old plan.

Me: no sir im sorry, although you will be able to switch to our simply everything plan.

C: what is that?

Me: its a hundered bucks and you get everything.

C: thats retarded!

for people in your area to have a sidekick with no sidekick data plan?

cause apparently its very common here.. and all day long I deal with custies who wonder wy certain features on ther sidekick dont work and they have the nerve t get mad when I explain that tey need the data plan for them to work..

I've been here since noon and I havn't had any customers yet. I'm only here till 5 though.

I'm trying to see what Verizon management is like. I've got COR store management experience (different company) and have an interview with Verizon soon. Just trying to get a feel for what the pay and the job might be like if I get it. I'm sure that it's not too much different from my previous COR experience. Your feedback is appreciated! Thanks.
