Rewards programs

I was wondering if motorola did a rewards program like samsung. I tried searching over the net to find one, nothing. And i have yet to meet a rep from them.

Also nokia?

Coastal Variation

So my boyfriend and I were having an interesting conversation. This all started because I had a hankering for one of those Steakhouse Burgers at Burger Thing... I rarely eat fast food but I'm hooked on that one burger.

So we go through the drive through on the way to the grocery store (another theory of mine is that if you do not shop hungry you won't buy as much junk food... usually it works for me.) and the woman at the window did the whole "Would you like to order a value meal today?" thing which usually makes me roll my eyes. I didn't want nasty greasy fries... just a nasty greasy burger (I know, friggen hypocrite that I am.) But I always make a point of being polite... even at drive-through I say please, thank you, and do the whol...

i loove not working for ATT anymore.

sprint sero...?

well it sounds like it's all over but the crying for the sero $30/50 plans, rumor has it...

which brings up my q.

if i, oh say, order three more sero lines on my personal account (w free phones) and decide to ebay them; when someone assumes the liability, will they have to resign a new "current" sero plan if it's after the old plans are retired???

For everyone that uses Asurion

Please STOP telling customers to call Asurion when the phone has no damage and is not lost or stolen. Very few carriers have the option for out of warranty replacements, do your job and find out if your customers carrier is one of them.
Nothing ticks me off more than a dlr/tech just giving the customer our number and say "here call them to replace your phone." Then I have to tell them whatever malfunction they are having with their phone is not covered by the insurance and they want to argue with me cuase some lazy idiot refused to do their job.
By the way there is always a deductible and it is NEVER waived so MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS AWARE OF THAT!!!!!!

I cannot express how much I LOVE catching loud, obnoxious, whiny, irrational, idiotic customers in a complete lie.

This particular winner tried to tell me I should remove a charge on her bill for a handset exchange that was never returned.

First, she tried telling me that she got the phone on eBay. 10 minutes later she had gotten the same phone from her uncle. 10 minutes later we had sent it to her as an upgrade, then she had gotten it from Asurion, our insurance provider.

I love calling them out on it, so I confronted her with it.

"So let me get this straight... this is a phone that you bought from eBay, that we sent you as an upgrade, that you got from your uncle, despite the fact the phone came from Asurion?"

Of course...

Flexpay Blows

Does anyone else just kinda miss smart access? this thing is so dumb, ya its great because we don't have to turn anyone away anymore but the system needs tweaked a bit (I.E. Adding lines,adding features ETC.) does anyone else think this or is it just me?

Wireless Lifestyle (sprint indirect, Kansas-Missouri)

Des anyone have any experiance/opinion with Wireless Lifestyle? They are a Indirect Sprint store in KS and MO. I'm looking at a sales position there.

Has anyone worked with them before? Have you been a customer there? Have you heard the occasional rumor about them?

I want to know what the Phonescoop community knows about this company

have you ever gotten a activation fee back, NO, so y do you think i would now, i don't care if one of my employees f*cked up and told you , you would get it back, call my Quality Assurance person and get the f*ck out of my store... 😡

I just had an older lady come in. here's what went down (dont we all just love these posts 🙂 )

c: last time i came in here the guy said i could get an upgrade

m: (thinking it was a few days, maybe weeks ago. she pulls out a card from a guy who hasnt been here in 6 months) "ok no problem. what is your phone number?"

c: my home?

m: 🙄 no ma'am your cell number

c: xxx-xxxx

m: ok well, it shows here that you arent ready for upgrade til the 27th

c: but he said the 21st and he wrote it on this card.

m: i'm sorry, but it shows the 27th. i can't process an upgrade until then (and i cant change upgrade dates, im a retailer)

c: theres always someone that has to jerk you around huh...

We charge a $5 fee for taking a payment(precash)

Day1
She caused a small scene bcuz of the $5 ..oh well she paid it.

Day2
two days later she says she told me the wrong amount and wants to add $40 more to the same precash #. 😳 *inhale

I explain all the siht she need to kno like there will be another $5 fee for processing another payment.

She fu(kin goes NutZ!!! Off the wall crazy ...she started crying and yelling at me bcuz she thought i was ripping her off. Demanded to speak to my manager who explained to her what i had just told her. Next thing u kno ... shes gunna sue us lol 🤣

She calls Sprint cussed out a rep then said fine ill pay it.

This lady busts out ...

Customer killed a gzone

so yea customer was in my store fooling around with the phone i was about to sell him and he locked the phone i tried what i thought would be the manufacturs's default lock codes but none of them worked, if any one has the manufacturers lock code for a gzone type s c211 and doesnt mind posting it that would be amazing thanks much ( oh and calling audiovox is about as useful as a jogging suit in a nudist colony. )
