I'm just wondrin' why people would always say that their phones was bitten by their dog, ran over by a car or was already in the lake?! So far, these are the most-used alibis.

WTH is their dog doing with the phone?
WTH is the phone doin' on the road?
and WTF are they doin' in the lake?
Swimmin' with the phones in their pocket or maybe fishin' and usin' their phones as bait?

Why is it that customers ALWAYS think the problem lies within the battery? I dropped a call... MUST BE THE BATTERY! My speakerphone doesn't work anymore... MUST BE THE BATTERY! The reception isn't good at my house, do you think I need a new BATTERY? My '5' button is stuck... I want to buy a new BATTERY. I dropped my phone in the toilet and now it doesn't work; do I need a new BATTERY? Is there a warranty on the battery because I sneezed and hung up on someone on accident?

If a cellular user calls a satellite phone that is out of country will the cellular caller incur international calling charges????

What are you DOING VZW? Besides being unrealistic. So anyways. VZW changed their data packages to have 5GB for $59.99.

Then the overages start happening. People with $13,000 bills, as high as $45,000 from what I've seen. Most average bills are $1-2 thousand. You all KNOW how any customer base works. Half the customers think they have a different company all together, and the other half... well.. I'm surprised they can even had to approve.operate the phone well enough to make a call to Customer Service.

Then, you tell us that ANY customer with ANY data overages on the new plan will ALL be credited. No matter the amount. I don't have a problem with that. It's your money VZW, do as you will with it.

For a second day in a row, we pretty much don't have anyone coming into the store. The DM is calling every half hour asking why we have no numbers. I have even been sitting out in front of the store talking to people and not getting anyone in.

Is everyone blaming gas cost? I can't figure out the lack of traffic. The gas companies are going to cause a major recession. Every other market is blaming gas costs for their price increases. Lynch them all and people will have money to spend on phones again.

Guy got his bluetooth stolen. He called in for us to give him a $100 crd back. Because he uses are network some how we are responible for some guy to run and take is Bluetooth. 😁

why are they not "really"welcome calls at all? they are actually trying to upsell people on the calls. i listened in with a cust today and the guy on the phone who was 'welcoming him to our carrier" tried to upsell him to road side asst and 450 everything and 99 se plan. its a double sale and its uncalled for. i already did that. they didnt want it period. they say we are changing but all i really see is another layer of frosting going over the ****ed up cake. why do we have to pretend that we are offering better customer service? why not just do it? like pro rating plans? just do it forget this month in advance bs. how about if they wanna spend more per month let em. dont charge em to do so. that would make happy customers not the upsell we...

Come back to the store 3 or 4 times in a week and ask the same dadgum questions about pricing... pay the **** and get out, u got a 30 day return policy you cheap asses.

If you're on Sprint, the repair fees are about to go out of the roof. Better add it if you can.

How do you deal with it? I just had a guy in here who was paying his bill and asked if I would like a bible and if I have found Jesus. I politely told him that I couldn't except his bible. It annoys the hell out of me when people do that. If you tell them that you are not Christian then they start trying to convert you. People just need to take care of their **** and get out of the store. I'm not there for you to try and convert because you think I'm a heathen.

Never my friends, I repeat NEVERsell a phone to a tweaker!!! This guy came into my store and seemed kinda...off. He wanted to check his credit for ATT, and I didn't wanna be a complete dick and refuse service because he seemed like he was from the wrong side of the tracks. As luck would have it, he qualified $ wanted a black jack 2. He also wanted ATTs unlimited minute plan and the pda unlimited, and messg. unlimited. Which equates to a 60 dollar commision at radioshack (Gotta love atts triple spiff...sprint should catch on) Well, after johnny tweaker left the store, I went on with my merry little week.
