To the customer that blames me because:
Yes, you do have to fill out the form again.
Yes, they want your CELL PHONE number not your HOME number, perhaps this is why it isn't set up yet.
Yes, you do have to attach a voided check.
Yes, you do have to mail it into our financial dept, it doesn't magically happen once your name is signed.
Oh, they said that your bank has to approve it? Then why are you in here bugging me? Go talk to your bank!

now here is why i think this is highly unprofessional.
we dont need anymore people in any of our stores. they cut us from 3 down to 2 ppl per store about a month and a half ago. also, there was talk about them firing all of us and "starting fresh". so basically they are trying to make us help find our replacements.
i think its bull****! if they wanna get rid of us, fine. but do so in a professional manner. do it from the office, not in front ...

my lights are off. i'm on the phone. and every store around me has its gate closed. yet this dude wants to stand here and stare at me til i acknowledge him. asks if i have chargers for dares (no sir, i dont have chargers for our newest phone ๐ ), then he wants to "see" one ๐คจ

Activities
Customer brought in his warrenty replacement and the stuff to send his old phone back to AT&T. I helped him to package everything up and i'm sending the package out with the rest of our shipment. Also fixed the settings on his phone to the loudest ringtone setting. Customer advised me that he could put the phone in his breast pocket so he could feel it when it vibrates but if he bent over it would fall out so he bought a holster. Inquired about my last name and asked if I were from this area...

Odd names
Strangest Custy Exp. ever
So a guy comes in to upgrade his phone. He seemed like a completely normal guy. After the rep finished the upgrade the customer asked if he could use the bathroom. Now normally its no a public restroom because its in our backroom, but we make exceptions. So the guy goes in the back and is in there for about 20 mins. They start hearing weird noises coming from the bathroom. So they figured he was having some issues. After about 30 mins he finally came out of the bathroom. His pants were down around his ankles and he had two cans of compressed air in his hands. That store keeps the cleaning supplies in the bathroom. One of the girls that...

Things I hate that Customers do (other than the obvious ones)
2. Ask me if they can get something somewhere else cheaper.
3. Bring a list of contacts in for ME to put in THEIR phone.
4. Come in to charge their phone, not to buy a charger....they want to leave it here and charge it.
5. Come into the store while they are talking on the phone and continue their conversation while walking around the store.
6. Park in front of my store, and then walk to the business next door.
7. Continue to tell me their story about what's wrong w/ the phone or how it happened even after I've already fixed it.
8. People that make me talk to their spouse, bf/gf, mom/dad on the phone when they don't like something I've told them.
