To the customer that blames me because:

his automatic bill pay has yet to be set up. I'm sorry, but I have nothing to do with this.

Yes, you do have to fill out the form again.

Yes, they want your CELL PHONE number not your HOME number, perhaps this is why it isn't set up yet.

Yes, you do have to attach a voided check.

Yes, you do have to mail it into our financial dept, it doesn't magically happen once your name is signed.

Oh, they said that your bank has to approve it? Then why are you in here bugging me? Go talk to your bank!

unprofessional??

so we got a new DM last wednesday. monday, he was in my store writing ads on craigslist, and having me proofread them. yesterday he was in hte store with the regional manager, posting ads to monster.com for new employees. today he wants ME to make a "now hiring" flyer for our store and post it.

now here is why i think this is highly unprofessional.

we dont need anymore people in any of our stores. they cut us from 3 down to 2 ppl per store about a month and a half ago. also, there was talk about them firing all of us and "starting fresh". so basically they are trying to make us help find our replacements.

i think its bull****! if they wanna get rid of us, fine. but do so in a professional manner. do it from the office, not in front ...

no i'm not open yet!!!

i hate these people and i hate working in a kiosk.

my lights are off. i'm on the phone. and every store around me has its gate closed. yet this dude wants to stand here and stare at me til i acknowledge him. asks if i have chargers for dares (no sir, i dont have chargers for our newest phone ๐Ÿ™„ ), then he wants to "see" one ๐Ÿคจ

me: "sir, we're not open yet. please give me 10 mins to open."

cust: ๐Ÿ˜ณ ๐Ÿคจ ๐Ÿ˜•

and he walks away pissed off ๐Ÿ™„


this mall has been opening at 10am for the past, well for as long as i can remember

get a clue dude. no lights. gates closed. mall isnt open. DONT BOTHER ME YET!!

Go to the bloody store!

To the past 8 customers I've had that wanted to do upgrades for their phones, 5 of which also wanted accessories, please go to the store for your stuff. I don't make any commision off of these, and I get dinged by quality if I transfer to the sales department. So please, go to the people that actually make money off of these things, not me, I'm just a tech care rep.

Not sure how much longer I can handle it.

The music that I am forced to listen to everyday. My DoS even asked me what kind of crap I was listening to. I had to inform him that it isn't my choice he's the one that wants us to listen to music and since Work Secure will only allow 2 channels I'm stuck. Thanks IT for not giving me country. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

Activities

So our director of sales pretty much told me to make activities throughout the day on what i was doing since i'm in a fairly slow store or i would get written up or fired...so i complied and this is the kinda stuff she will be reading til i leave ๐Ÿ˜

Customer brought in his warrenty replacement and the stuff to send his old phone back to AT&T. I helped him to package everything up and i'm sending the package out with the rest of our shipment. Also fixed the settings on his phone to the loudest ringtone setting. Customer advised me that he could put the phone in his breast pocket so he could feel it when it vibrates but if he bent over it would fall out so he bought a holster. Inquired about my last name and asked if I were from this area...

Strangest Custy Exp. ever

Now this didn't happen at my store it happened at one of our other store up the street from us.

So a guy comes in to upgrade his phone. He seemed like a completely normal guy. After the rep finished the upgrade the customer asked if he could use the bathroom. Now normally its no a public restroom because its in our backroom, but we make exceptions. So the guy goes in the back and is in there for about 20 mins. They start hearing weird noises coming from the bathroom. So they figured he was having some issues. After about 30 mins he finally came out of the bathroom. His pants were down around his ankles and he had two cans of compressed air in his hands. That store keeps the cleaning supplies in the bathroom. One of the girls that...

what to do...what to do

so i have this really nice elderly couple that come in about once a month to go over there bill with me...this month there was 80 in usage charges stemming from the fact that their granddaughter won't stay off media net on her phone...she keeps telling them she isn't doing it and the bill is lying and so on and so forth...i have explained to this couple time and time again that they need to take her phone from her if she won't exercise respnsibility with her phone...
now before i continue let me describe this little girl to you...she is 14 years old and her grandparents bought her a shine a few weeks after it came out...they both currently have cheap samsungs...before they got her a line of her own she was using their phones and abusing tha...

Things I hate that Customers do (other than the obvious ones)

1. Lean over to look at my screen.

2. Ask me if they can get something somewhere else cheaper.

3. Bring a list of contacts in for ME to put in THEIR phone.

4. Come in to charge their phone, not to buy a charger....they want to leave it here and charge it.

5. Come into the store while they are talking on the phone and continue their conversation while walking around the store.

6. Park in front of my store, and then walk to the business next door.

7. Continue to tell me their story about what's wrong w/ the phone or how it happened even after I've already fixed it.

8. People that make me talk to their spouse, bf/gf, mom/dad on the phone when they don't like something I've told them.

9. When they bring their kids...

Well ma'am, it seems that your service has been interrupted due to non-payment. In order for us to restore you service, you will need to pay the balance of $736.

I can't pay that today, but I can pay $50. Can I get my phone turned on and I'll pay some more in two weeks?

I'm sorry ma'am, but because your account is 60-90 days past due, and because I see here you have not met the previous two payment arrangements you set up with our Finance Dept, we do require the entire balance to be paid before we will restore service.

That is ridiculous! ...
