have you ever gotten a activation fee back, NO, so y do you think i would now, i don't care if one of my employees f*cked up and told you , you would get it back, call my Quality Assurance person and get the f*ck out of my store... 😡
You got to run a store with that kind of English? Wtf?
C: "why should i pay a restoral fee?!"
Me: "cause you didn't pay your bill and you were turned off for non pay."
C: " I want your manager!"
everytime people think that they should be treated as a baby sucking a boob...
Grow up..
AND PAY YOUR BILL. 👿
Like I said in the above post:
AND YOU PEOPLE ACTUALLY WONDER WHY CONSUMERS MISTRUST THE WIRELESS INDUSTRY
Laughable.
In fact, my wireless plan is loaded and ridiculously cheap - in fact, I'd be willing to bet my plan rivals and beats most employee plans (at least from what I gather here and at other sites).
As far as wireless is considered, I don't pay any taxes. I actually receive a credit each month that offsets taxes and then some.
I pay taxes everywhere else though unfortunately.
- "Alright Mr. Burke that'll be x$ for activation..."
- "I'm not paying a fee to activate my phones"
- "Sir this fee is required..."
- "I won't be purchasing these phones, or signing to a contract with this provider if you insist on charging me an activation fee"
- "Well let me see what I can do for you here, we'd hate to lose a valued customer over something as silly as an activation fee."
If you are upfront about all costs and charges in the store at the time of sale you wont have people coming back in irate/confused about nickel and dime charges on their first bill. End of story.
