Every day wasted.

Ok. So I understand we are supposed to sell phones. Does it have to be so boring and do they really have to lock us out of any website worth looking at. Worst yet they lock us into one music station to listen to that plays Dolly Pardon and crap from the 70s (not the good stuff) all day. Don't get me wrong selling cell phones pays great and the people are cool but it is so boring and repetitive. How many hours of your day are waisted listening to crappy music locked into Phone Scoop waiting for customers to come buy something they have no idea how to use anyway?

Why, Asurion, WHY?!?

When a cust calls into you and tells you that there is a red LDI, it does NOT MATTER that they are under their 1 year warranty! Oh, and just because they say that the phone hasn't been dropped in water does NOT mean anything. DO NOT TRANSFER them back to me!! 👿

I dont know how many people have flash blocked at work but check this out. It is exactly how I wish things could go down with custys. 😈

DONT YOU HATE WHEN CUSTOMERS COME IN AND THINKING THERE GOING TO BUY SOMETHING BUT THEY DONT!!

HERE COMES A TEEN LIKE IN HIS 20'S WITH HIS MOM THAT DOESNT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. HE COMES IN AND SAYS "I WANT TO BUY TWO PHONES AND ADD IT TO MY ACCOUNT" OF COURSE YOUR ON THAT IN A HEART BEAT! WELL I EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO HIM BUT THERE MORE HE WANTED TO EXCHANGED HIS PHONE TO ONE OF OUR BLACKBERRYS. HE TOLD ME THAT AT OUR OTHER STORE A REP SAID HE COULD EXCHANGE HIS PHONE FOR A BLACKBERRY. T-Mobile is Aquiring The Mobile Solution on May 31st

T-Mobile is purchasing the entire The Mobile Solution company. The official acquisition will be on May 31st. The word was released to all of TMS management and Upper Management on Wednesday March 25th, 2009. Everyone in The Mobile Solution will be forced to re-apply via T-Mobile's website and will have to interview for any position with T-Mobile. Dear fellow stores, especially you semi-shady third party places:

Please use the network coverage tool that's integrated into account creation. If a customer lives in bumble then politely suggest they go to a competitor that might work for them.

When they come in to me eight months later, two months after getting their current phone, and tell me they were told to come in and get another type of phone (without even bringing their phone to the store) I might send them back to you.

Repeat it and I'll send the info to the corporate guy that covers your store and district.

I HATE YOU FLEXPAY CUSTOMER CARE!!!!

I've had it with flexpay customer care. Ever since they moved it to the philipines I can never get anything done. Its like talking to a freaking vegetable. Two instances now they made things worse than they had to be. I need to go punch something now. 😡

Voicemail Icons on BB

I can't seem to get the voicemail icons on a BB curve to go away and I have tried EVERYTHING!!! aside from wiping the phone i can't find a place to just clear the icons on the phone.

Any ideas?

tired of custies

was lookin forward to a day of just sittin around and doin nothin in my DEAD ass store, but no gotta have crazy lady come in and ruin my sloth.

Custy walks in and presents me a very confusing situation. I'll spare the details cuz it's so marvelously complex that i myself had to go smoke a cig and a half afterwards. I will tell u that the problem had to do with overages, contract signings and other things and that the custy had to go to a corp store to actually get this sorted out (i work indirect and had no means of actually fixing this problem).

Lady in front of me is only an account user, not the holder. She tells me the holder is extremely old and cripple and basically tries to make me feel sorry for their situation and try harde...

My co-worker

is yelling in the phone. He does this all day to all customers. He must think the microphones on our headsets are not very sensitive. Its obnoxious and now he is telling a customer about buying hand grenades and how to avoid having his head cut off. WTF???
