40 minute hold!
What is ATT doing with their warranty Department?? Why in the heck is there a 40 minute hold time for WARRANTY?! This is getting Ridiculous!!

Lol, it's me! I'm in warranty too! I just had a cust tell me she was on hold for 40 minutes, and she wasn't the only one! I just can't believe how busy we are...
