Sweet Mother of all your flaws!

I am going to kill myself! I've done everything I can think of to stay awake, I've yelled at the wall, used my car alarm to scare people walking by it and I've even told someone off, I've had prank callers call me and I'm sick of it! Ahhh! Will this nightmare ever end?

Makes me think "What in the #ell are you going to be doing with your phone to get it too dirty to use?"

Call me crazy, but I've never found a way to get my PLASTIC phone that dirty...

Haven't been able to come up with anything yet other than if you wear a lot of makeup? ...maybe...???

vzw insurance

why do you guys always deny insurance claims on phones obviously physically damaged and tell the custy to thru warranty knowing full well they have no warranty? I'm tired of customers coming back to my store complaining that I sent them to the wrong department just cuz you guys denied someone with a legit claim... If its under insurance and you ask me these questions, tell me its under warranty still, then i break it in half with you on the phone, then now its an insurance claim again...

im gonna blow (long)

my frickin head off. i just sold a phone with as much data as the customer would take and my manager bitched me out and telling me just to add stuff. what happened was i just about had a guy talked into a free month of nav but told him that it was 9.99 a month after and he declined. my manager tells me i shouldnt have told him and just added it without him knowing. i told her that i would but i dont like it when they come back in bitching about their bill and how i didnt explain that it cost money after the first month and want a huge credit. she then bitched 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿

In The Mall

There are some regular weirdos
1. Slip knot, he walks around the mall loop past all the stores, then stops at hot topic for 10 15 min and then does it all over again. He wears all black, black nail polish and make up.
2. Gutiar Hero, he comes in once a month with his afro, sunglasses, big huge old 90's head phones, a tape player walkman, and a guitar hero guitar for the play station... he does the mall loop as best he can, he rocks out, waves his hands like he is really playing in a concert, takes a bow jumps around then slids on the floor and pretends to play the guitar... the security tries to kick him out but he runs away. They try not to kick him out till the mall managment complains, they think he is hiliarious.

Stupid Customer Service

Have you ever called customer service to help out your customers bill and they tried to sell them a phone?

-Customer came in inquiring about getting a new phone and fixing there bill. They were interested in a certain phone our store was selling. After getting the bill fixed, Customer service had the nerve To pull out his little sales speal and ask him how much was our store selling the phone and told him that he can give it to him for free, and I was price quoting him $100 after rebate before hand. Good thing I was on speaker phone, soo I quickly took it off of speaker phone and spoke too this fool. Got his Name and is agent I.d and told him to play with him self and hung up...Is it eligle to discuss prices with our customer, although th...

New T-Mobile Catherine Zeta Jones "Mobile Makeover" posters

So we got these new posters we're supposed to hang up displaying the new "Mobile Makeover" campaign that T-Mobile is doing...

It's got Catherine Zeta Jone's big head atop a clearly disproportionate body. I noticed the inconruity almost immediately, I wonder if the customers will too. 👀

It's definitely is her head but definitely is NOT her body.

walmart and verizon

I don't know how to say this any better,

If a customer goes to walmart and buys a vz prepaid phone, they can not hook it up on a regular monthly account.

I have told the 4 walmarts near us this numerous times. They still sell them specifically for this reason.

Today i heard.

Cust: I want to do an ESN change to this phone.

Me: Ok, thats fine. We have a 5.00 esn change fee, that includes changing your contacts from old phone to new one.

Cust: Ok.

(I access account, goto place order and get an error. ESN not able to be activated.)

Me: Where did you get this phone at?

Cust: got it from a friend today.

Me: Ok, well its either a prepaid only phone or it was placed on lost and stolen list. Either way it cant be activat...

wow...so I had been helping this guy for like 45 minutes when this lady comes in marches back where me and my customer are having our conversation and butts in...WHY does radio shack have this phone for free and yall have it for 50.00?? I very politely said mam we all run different promotions at different times. Before I could even get it out of my mouth she said (to my customer) whatever phone you are looking at you should so go to walmart or radio shack and I bet they have it cheaper! She got pissy and walked off and I said "have a nice day" with a slight bit of smart assness. My customer said "dont you love people like that"...and then after I thought I had him sold he said...alright...I will go home and think about it and I will prob...

T-Mobile indirects

Just because I often have to refer customers to a retail store and at times they're miles and miles away from a corporate store...are you guys able to set up new lines for Flex Pay? I've been told yes and I've been told no. Can that capability depend on what company you work for that sells T-Mobile? Thank you!

I was wondering if any independent retailers for ATT would share ideas on how they are getting around not being able to sell the iphone. It kills us- we miss about 15 sales/month.

Nails on a Chalkboard

Earlier I had to watch my co worker get yelled at by a 19 year old yellow toothed mother of three. She wanted to exchange her pearl and was mad that we didnt have it in stock. We offered her a battery, but she said that wasnt good enough.

You see she put the last 10 dollars she had in her gas tank so she could get down to our store. She started in on how she would not have any more money for at least two months so we need to exchange this now. In her own words...

"You are by far the worst person I have ever met at T Mobile. Usin them big werds to try and tell me how I feel. Im on a limitated income you see. I cant even affford to drive home."

After yelling for about 15 min, she completely calmed down and started asking how much case...

Music in your stores

Just wanted to take a poll of what kind of music everyone listens to at work. We used to listen a generic Classic Rock internet radio station but my owner decided that it was "not condusive to buying" So he has installed I-tunes at all of our stores along with about 400 songs off his Ipod-- Including Classics like Terrence Trent D'arby, Oingo Boingo, B-52's, Not one but 2 Falco songs. Every song Jimmy Buffet has ever written. Does anyone else have to be tourtured like this at their job?
